OMG. I saw their commercial and decided to take some gold in to sell. What a wonderful place. I met the young lady that does their commercials and her Dad. They made me feel like I was very important. Gave me an amazing price for what I thought was garbage. Trash to treasure. I would recommend them again and again. I was so happy when I found your Blue Topaz necklace! I had one exactly like it and I recently lost it. It was my favorite and most treasured necklace. My local jeweler couldn't find a replacement as my husband had purchased it well over 10 yrs ago. I was devastated! I looked on the web and found your store!! It is the exact one! This bracelet is akin to a diamond tennis bracelet, but instead its pearls. The quality of the piece was exceptional, the service was fantastic, and the delivery was efficient. I've been a customer of Arnold's for over a decade. I've trusted them for many custom pieces including most recently my 10 year anniversary band. Even though I wasn't living in Florida anymore, I waited until we travelled back to visit family to commission them to make this special piece to add to the engagement and wedding band they had already made for me. I'll be honest - the 10 year band was not to my standards, and I just wasn't happy. I reached out to Lonnie who immediately responded and made it right. I just got the final piece back today and couldn't be happier. Arnolds is true quality. And the best customer service is evident when things aren't right but are taken care of to exceed expectations. Can't wait for my next milestone anniversary to commission another piece!

I bought an estate piece online. It was shipped for free, immediately, with a handwritten note by the owners of the store. Wrapped beautifully. This was, by far, the best and least stressful jewelry purchase ever. It was a ring for my daughter who is very picky and she loves it.

I visited Arnold Jewelers after taking possession of a considerable coin collection assembled over several generations. Some of the coins dated to the mid-1850s and I needed a real expert to help me ascertain the collection's value. I was impressed by reviews for Arnold Jewelers and the fact that it is a true family enterprise. I walked in with 40 lbs. of metal where numismatic expert Zack Arnold greeted me. I was quite pleased - and pleasantly surprised - that he was willing to carefully assess right then my coin holdings. Near two hours later Zack presented me with a very fair purchase offer. His expertise was evident throughout and for those unusual lots that required more scrutiny, he had the research tools to confirm rarity and value. I am confident the collection went to the right people and convinced that no other shop would come near their offer. Before leaving, I visited Arnold's watch area and met horological expert Ben Wade. Like Zack, Ben is a knowledgeable professional and just as personable. The showcases held some very desirable watches, some rarely seen or coveted releases including numerous Rolex and Omega classics. Eyeing a few pieces, Ben enthusiastically shared his insights and opinions on values, aesthetics and collectability. I did select a beauty and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Everyone at Arnold's Jewelers was delightfully friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I am very impressed with the outcome of my visit and I will cheerfully return. On the Spinal Tap ratings system, they are a solid 11 out of 10!
