He showed me what the problem was, gave me an estimate and was able to fix it within an hour. Saul was polite and explained things in a way I could understand (I know nothing about garage repair). Had an emergency at our warehouse with someone hitting our overhead door. Guys we’re out in about an hour. Took about an hour to repair the door. Good pricing as well. Will use them for all of our Overhead door needs. Also will refer them to anyone. I know that has issues with their garage door. Top-notch service. The technician was great.

Got a repair man in 2 hours!! I was expecting a few days. Repair man was polite, quick, and thorough.

I called at 9:00. The installation was completed at 2:15. In addition to installing a new garage door opener, the installer adjusted the tension on the spring, making the door much lighter and quieter to open. There was a little difficulty when the installer arrived. He didn’t speak English very well and gave a different company name. And I was a bit confused about the options available to me. Once we worked through the communication, I understood what I was buying and the price being charged. I could have gone to a big box store to buy a garage door opener and pay for installation. That might have saved some money, but the project would have taken a week or two to complete. To me, there is value in getting the project finished quickly. There is also value in the quality of workmanship. At the end of the day, they earned a 5-star review. The installer arrived quickly and carried himself as a professional. He focused on the work and left a clean worksite. Most importantly, his workmanship could not have been better.
