I am a first home buyer in Melbourne and I want to take this opportunity to make another first home buyer's dream come true. First, I went to one of the famous so-called finance solutions to start the home loan application process, and they basically told me that I could not go ahead as my credit score was not at a good level. Their advice for me was to wait 6 months or possibly more until the credit score improves gradually. One of my work colleagues gave me the contact of Asiri at Money Quest Berwick. His words were "Malli, he will do it right no matter what," and he was spot on. I cannot recommend Asiri enough; he is incredibly professional and accurate. He possesses one of the most important skills that most others don't have: communication. You get a prompt response to any form of communication with him, and not having to wait or follow up was the first thing that impressed me. He took the time to listen and understand my story. Then, he gave a solution that he believed was the most accurate and successful. He applied for my pre-approval with one of the major banks, and we got the approval in a week. We found a property and applied for the unconditional loan, which only took 2 working days to get approved. We were blown away by this result, especially given the fact that we were previously told we didn't qualify for a home loan soon.
