Customer service and communication with Michael is a 10 out of 10.
Although, 3x the price on everything they touch… I’m assuming bc you will have to come back 2 more times for them to fix it correctly isn’t worth the time or the money?
Had an oil change today and they suggested a $250 brake fluid service only 1 month after getting all new brake pads, calipers and rotors from them. That did cost $2600, mind you. A proper brake job will include the brake flush… smh.
Most situations outside of oil changes were overpriced, inconvenient, and required a 2nd trip at the least.

I went to my KIA dealership where I bought my new car last year to have a loose body part (under my driver’s window) on my Telluride fixed and was told by the woman at the desk, “You’ll have to make an appointment. We are booked up.” I tried to add to my explanation, but she cut me off and said, “We aren’t taking walk-ins. You need to make an appointment.” I went over to make the appointment and was told it would be two weeks. I said I was afraid the piece might blow off when I drove on the highway, so she suggested I talk to the woman at the desk. The desk woman overheard and called over, “We aren’t taking walk-ins.” Ugh! Not helpful at all! I left and headed over to Aspen Auto. We used them for several years with our old cars, but since my husband and I bought new cars last year, we haven’t needed any maintenance. Anyway, I walked in without an appointment and was greeted with a smile by Ryan. I explained my car issue. He said, no problem and they took my car in and looked at it. He came out and said the manufacturer didn’t use enough adhesive when they attached the piece, but they could take care of it. They fixed it. He brought my key back in and said “No charge,”! Such friendly, accommodating service!! Aspen Auto’s customer service, respectful behavior and kindness, are just a few of the reasons I will be returning to them to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Ryan and his team of professionals! Thank you for helping me, when KIA wouldn’t.

Get a mailer advertising their oil change special.... So I'm assuming they have the capacity to knock out oil changes. I schedule an appointment ahead at 1pm. Drive all the way there and to be fair they tell me it could take up to an hour and a half but I'm already there so screw it... 2 hours later... Still not ready. Been driving 25 years and whether it's a dealership or a grease monkey or a mom & pop I've never had to wait an hour for an oil change let alone 2 hours. I had a meeting I was getting very close to missing and once I expressed that they were able to quickly get me my car and apparently they were waiting on a cabin air filter so if I didn't say anything I would have been there almost another 30 minutes. I'd just reccomend you don't come here for oil changes even if you get mailed the deal because it will cost you quite a bit of time vs your dealership or grease monkey location. Just was a frustrating experience and I'll reiterate they told me it could take 90 minutes but damn lol

Been going to Aspen Auto for years now and always impressed with the high level of customer service, especially in comparison to other National chain auto shops. I appreciate the visibility and flexibility they provide through efficient texts and emails. The courtesy rides allow me to choose Aspen Auto over a closer, less trustworthy shop. They will answer your questions in depth and provide all options available. Specifically, Josh, has been a huge help recently with clear communication and the focus to get me back on the road! Excellent service and fast availability! Great at communicating and explaining what needs to be done. That was a big plus for me! You are sent a detailed description of the kind of service that was done to your car. They also took the time to call a few weeks after asking how my truck was doing. I thought that was super nice of them! There’s a room where you can chill while they work on your car but they also offer you a lyft if you want to go around the area to get some food, shop, or go home if you live around the area. Definitely would recommend if you are having car issues. I will definitely continue to go to them if my truck needs any service.
