First time I have ever been to a podiatrist and wow what a great team they have. Thought they could help solve my problems with my feet. No scans no X-rays just a taping technique that hasn't done nothing. But of course they hit you up for a review when you leave the clinic.

Hey Marcelo, sorry to hear you now feel that way. We aren't sure where things went wrong and would love to understand how this changed. When you left the clinic we sent a request to indicate your satisfaction with your visit, which we do with all our patients because we genuinely want to know! You rated us so highly that we asked if you wanted to send a Google review. (Why wouldn't we, at the time you indicated how happy you were) Your appointment was 3 months ago. Unfortunately, our records show you didn't follow up with any of the treatment recommendations we made. This is most likely to be why you aren't feeling better. We gave you a copy of your detailed treatment plan on exactly how to beat this, did you need another copy? It's not necessary to send people for scans or X-rays for every condition. It's also not healthy to do so. Sending people for radiology is discouraged unless really necessary as radiation is not good for people. In your case the diagnosis was very clear and not required. Some condition respond really well to serial (repeated) taping, footwear changes and soft tissue therapy. Not all conditions need surgery or expensive treatments or insoles, most of our patients are grateful for this, as you were when you left us. While we don't expect you to follow up on treatment with us now, we strongly encourage you to do so with another practitioner. Getting on top of this early is by far the most successful method. We wish you all the best and hope you find the care you're looking for.

Had a session with Dr Woong Jang few days ago and he was professional, kind, and very helpful. He treated my feet with care and detailed manner. He also explained what i have to do to improve my feet condition. The receptionist was also very kind Highly recommended

Had a terrific experience, was in a lot of pain with what I thought was a corn but turned out to be a blister that had a callous grown over which gave me an enormous amount of pain but one visit sorted it out and I can now walk comfortably without limping

I had very painful feet and was seen by Dr Brown. I was very disappointed to say the list. He told me to wear foot support and and special shoes from the Athlete;s Foot and nothing about the pain. I took his recommendation but my pain was getting worth. I had a scan and found out that the problem was totally different from his diagnosis and now I am starting treatment.

Hmmmm this doesn’t sound right! There is no record of you coming to see our clinic and if you had consulted us you’d know we work very very differently. If you had consulted Dr B you would know that in the development of each and every care plan he speaks to all his patients about their pain and how to address it. In fact there is a section setting out how to address this in all our teams care plans. If you really had been to see us you’d also be aware we NEVER refer to the retailer you suggested! Yet another clue to suggest that you’re not actually a patient that has been to see Dr B. The clinicians at our clinics DO NOT believe that orthotics heal patients pain, orthotics device address foot posture. They will always recommend soft tissue therapy, exercise or other soft tissue therapies to help relieve your pain. Again are you really sure you’ve been to see Dr B? If our patients are unhappy we offer a second opinion with another one of our clinicians at no cost or a repeat with the appointment with the clinician again at no cost to the patient. Finally despite making some very scurrilous claims we want to wish you well. To write something like this, to attempt to slander a small business and attempt to ruin someone’s reputation for no valid reason is a horrible thing to do, and must come from a pretty dark place. While we do wish you well we truly hope you will reflect and realise that this isn’t a decent thing to do. We ask you to remove this as it is untrue and defamatory.

Brendan and his team is the worst podiatrist in the whole of NSW he is very unprofessional and extremely rude his secretary tend to send repetitive text message 3-4 days before the appointment just to confirm that you going to the appointment I reply yes and this is at 6:30am in the morning and then again each day same message over and over again repetitive annoying text messages. The secretary’s tend to hang up on you when you state the truth to them and they get very angry then hang up on the phone on you. The podiatrist tend to leave on very short notice they decide to cancel when they are always unwell last minute cancellation But if the client cancel a step ahead decide to charge a $50 cancellation fee. Brendan please stick to doing a video of yourself for your practice and keep on cutting the grass and pesticide the practice please do what your best at Brendan is a rude arrogant unprofessional Tideass Pig don’t need to wonder you have only two podiatrist’s doctors in the whole of your practice soon you’ll have zero employees just like your closed down practice in Penrith this practice will be closed as well. I don’t recommend this podiatrist clinic to anybody at all please everyone do yourself a favour and please allocate yourself to another podiatrist clinic. And zero ⭐️ rating

Now this would be riveting if it was true and possibly grammatically correct. This all eventuated as you thought it was, and we quote “unacceptable”, that one of our young doctors was sick and would not be able to see you. After spending the weekend looking after his 2 very unwell young toddler-aged children, who had temperatures nudging the 40’s, fevers, runny noses and sleepless nights he eventually succumbed to the infection himself. Coming down with more than your average man flu. As a result he call us early about 5am (thanks for that Doc) to let the team know he wasn’t able to make work that day. He did this early so that we could let all his patients know as early as possible that we would need to reschedule their appointments. In hope, it would inconvenience them less. Whilst we realise this can be frustrating, however just like other humans, our Docs get sick and every now and then need time off. Now let’s get to text messaging. As a courtesy we send text messages to our patients to remind them about upcoming appointments. We don’t send texts about promos or deals, just links to the admin forms that need to be completed before their appointments and reminders to help our patients so they don’t forget their appointments. Our reminder texts are sent at 10 am each day. The wonders of modern technology mean the texts are sent automatically, for which we are most grateful for, and so to are most of our patients, you too it appears when it suits. Indeed you did receive multiple texts each time as you booked yourself and other family members, one message per appointment booked. Now let’s get to being rude. We have a recording of the calls you made to our clinic in which you told our team members it wasn’t ok for the young doctor to be unwell and described it as “unacceptable”. The team member that spoke to you spent a long time listening to your highly agitated grievances. She was gracious and apologetic making several attempts to assist you. Again we have the recording. You kept insisting that the doctor should be able to see you and your family members. You then went on to ask why we didn’t have spare team members ready and waiting to see you if someone got sick. Something like reserves sitting on the sideline at football ready to run on the field or into the clinic at the drop of a hat we suppose. You then demanded the team member to call around other businesses to find you and your family members an appointment that day. When she explained she could not do this for you, your agitation increased as did your aggressive tone. To correct the record no one hung up on you. However we did let you know that as you were agitated and your tone was less than pleasant also that we had been through this for some time now we felt it was best to end the conversation. This feels pretty reasonable to us. We think your review gives others reading it a fairly good idea about how you speak to others. We have a wonderful cohort of patients, many of whom we consider family. Our clinic is loud bubbly energetic warm and friendly. We don’t take ourselves seriously, however we take our business seriously. A part of what we indeed take it seriously is people being rude or abusive or unkind to our fabulous dedicated team members. It’s not something we let stand and have zero tolerance for it. Our team members should feel safe, and respected at all times. In our opinion that is not what occurred. As a result we suggested you find yourself another podiatry clinic. Finally the comments in your review as described above are not true and are defamatory we ask that you reflect on this and ask that you remove this review.
