No photos, not that vain. The boys did a lovely job on a collection of dings, scratches, scrapes around the car in record time. My cars have always been renovated, repaired, and one brought back from a major incident, by this workshop. The quality of work is first class, but they are not psychic, so if you want something done and in a particular and tiny place just make sure it’s on the job sheet, and if not, then don’t moan later on!

What an efficient friendly helpful repair shop. Thanks Ben for getting us out of a situation and you cannot tell the van was ever damaged. Would definitely recommend you.

Had work done on my car previously and this has got to be the worst body shop I’ve ever used, a bunch of cowboys couldn’t even align body panels properly, and when I cleaned it a few weeks later I found no clips on the side skirt they had removed to paint and rivets missing out my wheel arch (Which they denied was them) also I could see I had a finger print and what looks like bits of leaves and dust in the paint, I went back to complain to be told that they didn’t have a proper paint booth and that’s why there was dust in the paintwork and the finish would never be as good as the factory, Ben even agreed when I asked that he “wouldn’t be happy if it was he’s Porsche” and stupidly I paid cash so there’s nothing I can do, I only used this place because Ben assured me once the repair was done I wouldn’t notice it had a body repair, So use this place AT YOUR OWN RISK I’ve only just seen your reply, your a bare faced liar, when I came back to tell Ben the issues he’s exact words was “ well you didn’t say nothing when you collected the car you was happy with it so there’s nothing we can do” but let’s be honest it’s not the only things you dented my speaker on the rear door when you rammed the old door into the boot, you cracked my drivers door window switch when removing you also told me you changed the door pillar cover but instead tried to paint over the damage so I wouldn’t see it, you told me you didn’t need to change the barrel in the door because there all the same, when I showed Ben the run in the paint on the door I was told by Ben again that people pay extra for that, and if you don’t get dust etc in you spray room them how is it in my paint on the side of my car which you painted? your just a liar and I never said I owned a Porsche I said I asked Ben if he would be happy if it was HE’S PORSCHE as he had a Porsche at the time and lastly I don’t drive a Mitsubishi. Just because you got a good review in June doesn’t mean anything to me because the experience I’ve had with your company was absolutely appalling and I will never recommend you lot to anyone. Lastly I can see your trying to link my name to another one star review below from Miguel I can assure you that I am not linked in anyway to this person, you might not be Ben who done the work on my car, but my review is 100% genuine of the work he done on my car, According to yourselves I’m lying so here is proof there is more bits in the paint but the cars dirty at the moment so there hard to find, but if you want them I will get the other photos. If you don’t let cars leave in this condition then why was mine allowed to leave? Because once you’ve taken payment you don’t care!

I had a very bad experience with A.T. Launder Coachworks. I crashed my car door, and I needed a replacement. The door was delayed for a month, which I believe was due to Vauxhall and not the fault of the coachworks. However, once the door finally arrived, the hinges were missing. This left me facing another indefinite wait for new hinges or the option to accept used ones, which I reluctantly did. Just a couple of weeks after the repair, something inside the door broke. They confirmed it was due to the low quality of one of the replacement parts they installed. This meant a second trip back to the garage. Unfortunately, the problems continued. A week later, the electric window mechanism malfunctioned, requiring a third visit. The following week, the same door wouldn't close properly because the anchor attached to the frame had come loose. This resulted in a fourth trip to the garage. Two months later, the previous internal noise in the door reappeared. Since I had already been back so many times, I took my car to a different garage to fix it for good. The entire experience with A.T. Launder Coachworks was very expensive, very poor quality, and incredibly frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again. *** Response to A.T. I'm surprised your response focused on who I might know or when I submitted my review. My goal was to share my experience at your garage in a respectful way, as reviews help customers understand what to expect. I didn't mention specific staff or make assumptions about their knowledge. An apology wasn't necessary, but an accusatory response wasn't helpful either. Thank you.

Great service. Friendly staff. Can't fault them

I had a very positive experience with A T Launder, I needed a couple of panels replacing. The work and colour matching / spraying was top notch. The car is as good as new. The team were super easy to deal with and very responsive. I would certainly recommend them.

Amazing people - undertook work that was the fallout from a previous repair elsewhere. Really nice people to work with, explained everything to me so I knew what was going on and delivered the car back nice and shiny. It is 20 year old car that belonged to my father and I'd had a bad accident which was then exacerbated by another companies negligent workmanship. The car was delivered back to me by them with an instant MOT failure light on the dash as a result. After contacting Ben and the team, they took the car, sourced all the parts, ensured all was working, aligned and painted and polished perfectly. Yesterday it went through MOT first time. I am eternally grateful to them all. Good value for money and turnaround was quick also.
