I don't believe or understand these good reviews, Mark did an awful job in my parents front room earlier this year, didn't use a straight edge anywhere so non of the walls have a straight section anywhere, not even the small part he plasterboarded, the plasterboard was cut short leaving gaps, especially around the window so had 10 to15mm gaps around the window frame not filled with the correct plaster, the ceiling looks terrible, surface ripples and tool marks everywhere, the walls not much better, where the ceiling meets the wall there's no decent right angles, he didn't plaster the walls low enough so had to use taller skirting boards than the ones I'd taking off before he came, the sheets he put down were full off plaster, filthy and left a mess behind, his equipment and tubs not cleaned so covered in dried up plaster, he seems to have gotten PVA on the surface so had a nightmare painting the room, did 2 mist coats and still had trouble with finishing coats of paint, nothing went on nicely. The worst plastering I've ever seen.

Had Marc plaster a pillar wall in our house after a previous trader had cancelled. Marc offered a competitive quote, communicated well throughout and completed the work in a timely manner to a really good standard. Would 100% recommend.

Dave and his mate (Mark?) arrived at the time agreed to plaster the suspended ceiling on our stairwell and the landing ceiling - a small but awkward job. They put carpet protector and covers down on the stairs. They set to work and just got on with it. Did a great job with a nice finish and at a reasonable price. They were tidy workers and cleaned up when they had done. Would definitely use again.

Absolutley, stunning job done by David and Mark last week. Very professional. Came and priced the job week before. Arrived prompltly and only took the 1 day as agreed. Price was as discussed and very reasonable. Very tidy, put carpet protector down in area near work and removed all debris following work completion. Work completed to a high standard. Highly recommend. Dave and Marc skimmed our artex ceilings and covered the fireplace then skimmed the chimney breast. High quality work, reliable and reasonably priced.

The lads did my hall stairs and landing including covering old artex ceilings. Really happy with the work looks really neat and tidy. Both lads grafted start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Already asked for another quote.

Would really recommend Atherton plastering to anybody who is thinking about getting their plastering done but is unsure on who to go with! They were great from start to finish, came out fairly quickly and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Especially with our difficult wonky house! Thanks again, we are very happy.

So pleased with the difficult renovation job they have done for me on our Grade 2* listed building using lime mortar which allows our 300 year old walls to breathe. On time, on budget and on spec.

these guys have done a fantastic job on our sunroom, so professional with their work. as soon as they arrived, they just got on with the plastering. 2 top men well done guys will definitely have them again.
