A/C maintenance is tricky.  In the South A/C is a requirement and you need someone to maintain your equipment or it will fail.  The problem is many of the large well known companies use this as an opportunity to oversell upgrades and replacements.  I personally experienced this when a large Atlanta company told me I needed to replace a compressor when all that was required was a $40 capacitor.  Atlantic Services is a company you can trust to maintain your equipment.  We have been working with John and Susan for years and found them to be very honest and reliable.   They will tell you when a simple fix is all that is needed and they will tell you when it is time for an upgrade without trying to oversell you. Their teams are efficient, professional and polite.  I highly recommend Atlantic Services.

A week after closing on our home last year, our AC stopped cooling, and at a friend's recommendation we called Atlantic. Scheduling was easy, and John made it the next day. Luckily it was an easy fix for our 18 year old unit, and we were pleased with the price. A year later, same problem, I called and luckily they were able to fit me in same day - very unusual! Ended up also doing an install for us and I've been really happy.

Impossible to beat Atlantic Services!! John & Susan (owners) are so customer oriented, and always have your best situation at heart. I have used them for many years but have been negligent in writing a review:-( Today I called them, as my a/c decided to stop cooling. As busy as they are at this time of year, they managed to work me in and get my system up and running. Thanks John & Susan! Really appreciate it.

We are located in California and have a rental property in Duluth. The tenant at my parents rental had an AC issue, and I found Atlantic Services through Yelp. Many times when I've called around seeking services for our rental property I am usually given the run around. Susan at Atlantic Services was very patient and understanding of our situation. She was able to get someone out within hours and the problem was solved immediately. Being so far away, I can really appreciate a small honest company with such amazing customer and technical service.

We needed a gas line run at our new house so we could connect our gas dryer. John was able to work us into his busy schedule and completed the job very quickly. Would definitely use Atlantic Services again for our heating and air needs!

Just an update to my original review of Atlantic Services.  I had them back out to service the built in humidifier on one of my HVACS.  Just as I had hoped, great service, reasonable pricing and excellent job. Two times out and two times I'm very happy with the service.  They have definitely earned any future business for HVAC services! Thanks again John and Susan!

Working in Property Management for years, I have a lot of experience with HVAC; however I felt compelled to write about this company.  After visiting a friend's house and seeing their new filter system (Honeywell Media Whole House Air Filter) I was very impressed with the installation and how it was cut into the plenum as well as the whole house humidifier. I contacted John at Atlantic and scheduled an appointment with him.  He was there early, professional, didn't try to up-sell me anything in fact told me I didn't need some things.  He also noticed a noise and said he'd adjust the fan while he was installing my new products.  He also told me that I needed to clean my ducts first and recommended a company but was very clear he had nothing to benefit by this recommendation and use whoever I wanted. He sent me a quote the same day. I had my ducts cleaned.  I ordered the Media Filters (which is not simply a filter it's like a cartridge you add into your plenum with a 5" filter that slides in and out) and he sent two team members over to install my filters.  They were early and professional. They did a good job. I had one issue with one of the systems after they left and called on a Saturday.  Susan, John's wife, answered and sent John over immediately and hit a reset button - and showed me how to do it in the future. What service! I am very pleased with this company and happy to write a review for them.  Dealing with John and his wife Susan (who worked in the office) and his team was fantastic.  I will definitely use them again.  I did not feel pushed into anything and felt like I was dealing with genuinely good people.
