Unfortunately, we had little luck when we bought our car and had to have an obvious defect that we did not notice during the test drive repaired immediately after purchase. The trunk door could not be locked with the electric key and we did not have a manual locking hole on the trunk door to lock it. So we had to fix the electrical defect and this costed us another $1100.

Had a very unfortunate experience with this “dealership”. We bought a car which the seller Anthony could swear was in a good shape. They gave us the paper saying that the car was inspected and was in a good shape. One month later car stopped working, the mechanic said the engine is trash and needs to be replaced. I complained to the owner and wanted my money back obviously. However, he said it’s very “unfortunate” situation but they can’t do anything about it. I called the shop where the inspection took place and they told me that the inspection was only visual. This means they buy trash cars, don’t inspect it properly and they sell without any consequences. If you don’t wanna loose your money don’t even think about this scammer!

Harry and his team are exceptional. Buying a used car can be stressful and full of unknowns. Buying through Atlas helped to relieve most of it. Harry was quick to communicate, fair in pricing, transparent about imperfections, and went the extra mile in service. For a used car dealership, it felt like white glove service. Thanks mate!

I suppose I have no reason to not give a 5-star review. It's not your typical car dealership with a lot full of cars. All their inventory seems to be in the parking garage below the strip mall they are in, with a private office in the interior of the building. You'll need to have an appointment, or call them from outside to get let in. We ended up buying a Kia Soul worth $5k privately for only $2,800 on a "for-parts-only" basis. He said it needed a clutch soon, which we priced out at $1,624 installed. However, we took it to Kia after purchasing and it doesn't need a clutch - it needs a clutch master cylinder, which is $448 installed. The radio is also currently inoperable. But I troubleshot the problem myself and it just needs a new amplifier, which is only $100 used on eBay and I can easily swap it out myself. Otherwise, Kia says the car is in great shape and needs absolutely nothing else. The guy we dealt with said his cost was what we paid, and that he was just looking to break even. Which, as a former car salesman for a brief period, I know is very unlikely the truth. Normally I would have pushed a little harder for a better deal, but I had done my research and knew that what he was asking was reasonable, and it's also fair for him to need to make money on the deal. We also bought it within 24 hours of it being posted on Craigslist, and it has to be the best car we would have found for under $3k. Had it been sitting unsold for longer, which I doubt would have happened, I imagine he would have been a little more willing to negotiate. He was otherwise nice to deal with, no complaints. All things considered we got a great deal, are very happy with it as second commuter car, and I would certainly consider looking at other inventory they have again in the future if we’re ever looking.

I have looked everywhere for a reasonably priced CX-5 and this one check ALL my boxes. Great condition, fair price, and I was able to trade in my old car hassle free! The sales manager, Anthony, was extremely competent which made me feel more confident with my purchase. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me throughout the entire process.

Was my first time buying an used car and I'm really happy I met Anthony for it. He was sincere not pushy at all and very open to answer any questions. He felt more like your knowledgeable buddy that went with you to check out the car rather than a salesman trying to take as much money from you as possible. I bought a 200k+ KM car, so I was a bit hesitant on the quality of the cars they sale as well, but I took it to the shop and other than a battery change all was perfect. I would recommend these guys 100%!

These guys are great to deal with. Anthony answered all our many questions and showed us the vehicle inspection report. They made leaving a deposit easy while we were waiting for financing approval. When we closed the deal, they threw in the all season tires that had been upgraded. Everything was done in an up front manner… such a breath of fresh air. We were also given the choice to insure the power train, which alleviated any concerns about unknown issues. Thank you all, we would be back in a heartbeat.

My experience buying a car with them was great. Communicating with Anthony was easy and the process of buying the car was clear and I could ask all questions even twice :) He took me to the bank and then we went for Insurance and he left me with some extra fuel to start my first ride. The car you buy when its used like mine (over 240k km) is always a little bit of a lottery but until know it seems to work fine, so I am also happy with that.
