LOFT INSULATION (PE13)
The Insulater Lee arrived before scheduled time.
He explained everything he was going to do and carried out the work to a very good standard.
My wife and I are in our eightes and every little extra thing we asked him to do, he did willingly with a joyful attitude.

Mr Lee Wayne arrived well ahead of time. Lee prepared the site without wasting time and covered the staircase with dust sheets. He removed all the existing boards without causing damage and removed loose wooden pieces too. He neatly laid the loft insulation and cleaned up after. he did not hurry with the job, single-handedly removing boards, and taking them away for disposal, very hard-working. Highly recommend Mr Lee and A to Z Energy Solutions Ltd.

Cavity Wall Extraction and Insulation (CV37)
In order to insulate our first floor flat required the extraction of the ground floor's existing polystyrenes beads insulation to enable both properties to be insulated with Instafibre.
The survey was carried out very professionally with clear explanations how and why the above procedd was required, which would enable both properties to be issued with 25 year guarantees.

Survey for cavity wall insulation removal (GU32)
Adey came in response to a request for quotes to remove cavity wall insulation. He was much more thorough than all the other contractors as well as the insurance company surveyor and as a result found a likely different cause of the damp.
Very grateful! We might have been put to a lot of unnecessary expense.

Excellent service and workmanship throughout the job. Very satisfied with Mr Lee Wayne who was courteous, friendly and willing to assist. One of my Folding loft ladder panel came loose and he happily fixed it without any quibble. Very happy with the job.

Loft clearance & Insulation Installed (RM3)
Tradesman turned up on time and proceeded to clear out the loft of its rubbish and there was plenty of it. That done he hoovered out the loft took out and loaded the van with all the bagged rubbish. Continued to work and installed the Insulation, fitted a loft ladder completing the work. The gentleman maintained a curtious manner all day and had a few well-earned cup of tea.
Yes I recommend this company they endouver to make things work for you.

I can’t give a review as I wasn’t present. Communications before job were excellent and I advised my builder when they were due. I will only be able to review properly when winter comes and the insulation is effective.

Was a small job - the insulating the cavity on a kitchen extension - and so I was concerned that I wouldn't find someone to do the job.
I received two quotes. A to Z conducted a survey and were cheaper than the other company who didn't survey first.
Everything went very smoothly.

+: Didn't try to sell what I didn't need. All done on time.
-: Spotlights were not isolated well, and transformers overheated as result.
+: Quickly fixed the problem when I noticed it.
-: Tried to charge extra for this (more expensive hood needed)
+: but then agreed it should be their cost.

Excellent from start to finish. Steve came and provided a no obligation quote and his expert advice was hugely helpful in the decision making. He made sure to go over all of the options and the cost associated with each.
Once I went ahead with the quote, the work was quickly booked in and Steve and Lee arrived exactly at the time they said they would.
They quickly got on with the work and gave me regular updates throughout the day and frequently invited me to come and take a look at what they were doing so that I understood what was happening.
They were very friendly and clearly experts at what they do. Would highly recommend!

The workmen were really polite and arrived on time for the works. All in all a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them. One thing I would say is that the company did not give me a selec of materials or choices to choose from.

I had a loft hatch, installation and boarding installed. (PE2)
The workmen were on time and very polite and professional. They asked me about the work and what I wanted things and they gave good advice on what they were doing. All in all they talked me through the process really well and kept to time incredibly well.
