We have used ATSPACE for a few jobs now. They have always been thorough and since we have been dealing withy Ross I feel that the service has improved dramatically an efficiently.
We would defiantly recommend them.

ATSPACE carried out the air test at our project, after an initial failed test they helped identify the issues via a smoke test, following rectification works it resulted in a pass. Dean and Ben from the ATSPACE team were very helpful throughout the process

Fast efficient service from both Tod and visiting engineer Will and will definitely use them again on our next project..

Todd and the team were great. Steve the engineer was happy to work around our site constraints. Sound and air test reports returned in 24hrs after testing. Thanks!

2. You were the only company to offer a free retest if it failed.

Atspace recently completed our Air Test, Ventilation Test and Water Efficiency Calculations, we couldn't recommend them more highly. Fantastic service from our Relationship Manager Todd and very friendly and helpful staff. Total Five Star Service.

Needed a property air leakage test and 2.No ventilation tests to a converted one bedroom apartment. Found AtSpace through Google search (glad I did). It was very quick and easy to arrange an appointment through Cameron. The Test Engineer Simon arrived promptly, and provided a very professional and friendly service. Atspace were able to undertake the testing within a couple of days :), another supplier advised 3 weeks!!

Todd arranged an air investigation test to meet my needs. He sent Keith to my home who used the blower door and sealing tape to see where the holes are in the building fabric. Todd was very diligent and polite in arranging the appointment. Keith was also very diligent and good mannered in setting up and using the smoke sticks. The appointment went as planned , on time, and I would recommend them. Now I've just got to seal up the gaps.

AtSpace did the Air Test, SAP calculation's and EPC certificate for our new self-build house and were great. Sam who did the testing and Cameron the administration, were both very helpful and professional. I would recommend AtSpace.

Cameron and Keith dealt with our new build air testing for building control compliance. Both were excellent at communicating all the way through and Keith spent lots of time patiently helping me understand the test as I had never done it before. Fortunately the house passed with flying colours so everything went perfect. Would definitely use these chaps again as the made the process easy 😁

We had a great experience working with ATSPACE for our SAP calculations. Todd Bailey was particularly helpful throughout the process—knowledgeable, efficient, and always responsive to any queries we had. The service was professional and timely, making what can sometimes be a complex process very straightforward. Would highly recommend ATSPACE for anyone needing SAP calculations.

ATSPACE are an excellent company to assist you with all your SAP requirements needed to comply with new build regulations. Cameron and Henry were always on hand to assist with any questions or queries and made it a very simple process for a complete novice. I am looking forward to dealing with them again later in the build and if I ever decided to embark on another project would definitely use them again.
