Dr. Bailey is the best, she takes time to listen to her patients and is very thorough. She is dedicated to helping you hear better and very helpful with helping you choose the best aids for your needs. Her receptionist Mara is great with your appointments and also helpful with the insurance . She is so pleasant and goes out of her way to help you. It’s a pleasure to have such an awesome team that is so willing to help and make you feel comfortable.
I would recommend them 10 times over, I can’t say enough about my experience there.
Audiology Hears is a wonderful place for all your hearing needs. Dr. Shonda Bailey is friendly, kind, patient, and takes her time with you so you don't feel like you are being rushed. I felt more relaxed with her than with the other Doctor. And Mara her assistant, I just love her. She makes you feel like a BFF. Mara always makes my day better.
I can't say enough about this place.

I was very impressed with Dr Bailey. First, she explained what the hearing testing was all about. Then, she explained in detail my hearing test results. She walked me through my options for hearing aids. I am very satisfied with my hearing aids. In addition, the office manager, Mara, is very helpful. My sister lives in Sanford, FL. Mara went out of her way to find a few Audiologists in the Sanford area that use the same testing approach to hearing testing as Dr. Bailey does. Overall, my experience has been fantastic!!

My husband and I were uneasy about our first trip to an audiologist. Our first contact with the receptionist, Mara, put us at ease. She just exudes friendliness. And Dr. Bailey was so patient and efficient in evaluating our needs. We left with confidence in her recommendation. Especially commendable was the fact that our options were presented with absolutely no pressure to make a decision.
