This place is awesome! I had fillers done with Ani and my horrible smile lines vanished instantly. The office is very clean and beautiful. The staff is welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Ani took really good care of me. She is the best and I wish I found her sooner.

El lugar es excelente y muy acogedor. Sientes que te relajas tan solo de entrar y ver su decoracion. Su personal es muy profesional y tienen mucha etica. Estan muy preparado y aman su trabajo. Yo le recomiendo a ciegas que usen sus servicios. No se van arrepentir

I recently had an evaluation with Dr. Fig, paid the pre-op fee and scheduled the surgery. I arrived on the day of the appointment after driving two hours with my parents and husband and they simply said they wouldn't see me and that the doctor wasn't even there. They said they had sent me a message in the morning canceling my appointment (that had been scheduled for over 20 days, but they thought it was normal to cancel at the last minute). I said I wanted my money back, that place is weird and the worst was when one of his attendants tried to be rude to my husband saying he couldn't say anything because he wasn't the patient. (Him was just translating) By the way, since the beginning of this waste of time I've been saying that I don't speak English and that he's my translator, my mother was there and she doesn't speak English either and had to go through this embarrassment, that secretary was being rude but baby here the hole is deeper. She said what she wanted and heard what she didn't like. They must be used to treating customers badly. It’s just look at the other review. Then a woman came out of the establishment with creepy giant eyelashes. Her eyes were red and watery. It was totally unhygienic. She started arguing and scream with my husband and said that she fight men and he started talking back to her. All this because I asked for my money back. Finally, the doctor (who initially said he couldn't see me because he wasn't there) just appear, super rude, saying he would give me my money back and saying to I leave. I can only say thank you God. I was only going to have surgery with him because he is Brazilian and Brazil is ranked first in the best plastic surgeries in the world. But when I got there and saw those womens with their asses looking like sacks, I could only say thank you God. I'm going to wait until I go to Brazil and have my surgery there in Teresina with Dr.William, the best. It's much safer.

I had the BEST experience at Aurora Medical Tampa, I am week post op and I can honestly tell you lf you are still thinking about it just go for it, Dr.Fig has an awesome team they make you feel super comfortable, they make you feel like family and his work is immaculate I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY RESULTS THEY ARE BETTER THAN I COULD EVER IMAGINE. I am so happy to finally have my dream body

Quiero agradecerles por todo el acompañamiento en toda mi cirugía y mis post operatorios, ademas de la atención que recibí de parte de todos. Dr. Figueredo is an amazing doctor. BUT most of the staff is mediocre and need to improve their professionalism. They are very disorganized. I didn’t cancel my surgery and went with another surgeon because one of my cousins and best friends recommended me Dr. Fig. But his staff is at times very unprofessional. They have messed up my surgery process several times. Yes they have apologized and have offered me things for free, in order to fix what was done wrong but I still don’t feel comfortable recommending this clinic to anyone. And is sad because Dr. Fig is a good doctor and a very nice person. But as long as he doesn’t hire a good office manager that give his clinic organization/top notch patient care, his clinic is going to have a bad reputation. Another thing that this clinic needs is transparency with the patients since day one. Most people come to this clinic thinking that Dr. Fig is the doctor doing the surgery and is not until the surgery day that we patients find out that is not Dr. Fig doing it. I believe Dr. fig only does the butt surgeries and for the rest of the procedures (Lipo, tummy tuck, breast etc) they have a different person. Which is not bad but this needs to be communicated to the patient from day1. Las mayoría de las veces que he ido casi nunca hay alguien en el front desk para recibir a uno. En dos ocasiones he tenido que tocar la campana 🛎️ para que alguien salga. Me enviaron por email una orden genérica para hacerme unos análisis de laboratorio que incluía una prueba de embarazo (siendo yo varón) y sin mi fecha de nacimiento. Cuando fui a mi cita con Quest, no me pudieron hacer las analíticas porque la orden no estaba completada y se veía sospechosa (poco profesional). Llamé a la clínica y nadie me contestaba. Cuando logré que alguien me contestara y le expliqué lo sucedido me dijeron que enviarían una nueva orden corregida al número de fax que les di de Quest y esperamos 30 minutos y jamás la orden llegó. La empleada de Quest me tuvo que dar una nueva cita. Una mañana perdida. Cuando me preguntaron para cuando quería mi cirugía solicité el día 9 de Septiembre. A lo que me confirmaron (via text) que sí había disponibilidad ese día y que ya todo estaba agendado para el 9 de Septiembre 2024. Y como es que me llamaron el jueves 5 de septiembre a la 1pm para decirme que mi cirugía era al otro día viernes 6 de septiembre y yo me encontraba trabajando fuera de Florida. Ese mismo día tuve que hacer cambios drásticos en mi trabajo, hacer cambios en la línea aérea para conseguir un nuevo pasaje aéreo para volar de Charlotte, NC hasta Tampa porque me dijeron que tenía que estar al otro día a las 6:45am en la clínica. Y ni les hablo del ataque de ansiedad que me provocó esta situación. Más el gasto económico que tuve que incurrir en cambios de pasajes etc. y encima de eso se supone que me comenzara a tomar unos medicamentos 2 días antes de la cirugía y tuve que hacerme la cirugía saltándome ese paso ya que ellos por un error me cambiaron así la fecha. Me pidieron disculpas por el error de parte de ellos y aunque me ofrecieron tres masajes gratis en forma de reparar el daño, eso no compensa con el mal día que me hicieron pasar a mi ese jueves día antes de mi operación. La operación fue un éxito. Pero por eso digo que es triste que un doctor tan bueno tenga un equipo de trabajo tan poco organizado. Por eso no me siento cómodo recomendándole esta clínica a otras personas. Otra cosa que deben saber los futuros pacientes es que Dr. Fig es como la imagen de la clínica pero no necesariamente será él el que haga tu procedimiento. Tengo entendido que el solo se especializa en las nalgas (glúteos) y que para los pechos, Lipo o tummy-tuck son otros doctores. Esto no me parece nada malo pero lo que si está mal es la falta de transparencia que hay entre la comunicación del Dr. Fig con los pacientes. A los pacientes se les debe decir con anterioridad qué médico estará a cargo de su procedimiento. Yo llegué el día de mi cirugía pensando que Dr. Fig me operaría y fue otra persona. Jessica y Jazmín son las mejores.

Este lugar no sirve, solo sacan el dinero, fui por una cirugía de lipo papada y supuestamente el doctor lo iba a acer pero cuando llegue a la cita el doctor estaba en una cirugía, entonces lo iso una mujer llamada aurora y ella no es doctora para acer cirugías,y pues todo quedó muy mal, solo perdí mi dinero y tiempo.

Aurora Medical is amazing!!! From the front office, Marlen's smiling face greets you and her sunny, positive attitude shines. This sets you up for your entire experience. From my initial consult, to my now almost 2 months followups, I have NEVER had even a glimpse of a negative experience. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and you can tell always have your best interests at heart. One thing I truly appreciate is the doctor, Dr Fig aka, superstar, and staffs (calling Ester out by name) bedside manner. While professional etc., they treat you like a person, providing a comfortable and relaxed environment.To me this is equally important as their medical expertise as I am revealing my body, and calling out what I need "fixed" is a very self conscious and embarrassing moment. My after care has been excellent, but you need to be sure you come to the appointments. I call, text and have emailed and get an almost immediate response. I LOVE Aurora Medical and every single person I have had the pleasure to be greeted and treated by. Thank you so much. I will update with before and after pics soon. Buenos Días acabó de salir de la clínica Aurora muy muy descontenta ,pues solicité por tlf una cita para el día de hoy para ponerme un suero vitaminico ,la asistente de dicha entidad fue amable pero no logró nunca coger mis venas,yo decidí no seguir intentándolo,ella se sintió apenada y me ofreció ponerme una vacuna de vitamina B en mi brazo ya que no pudo coger mis vena ,pero cuándo llegó la ESPECIALISTA q me ofreció de nuevo pincharme yo me nege púes tenía fatiga y me sentía mareada y cuándo le dije a la asistente q me pusiera la vacuna del complejo de vitamina B que me había ofrecido como muestra del mal momento q pasé me dijo que no las tenía en existencia todo parece indicar q su ESPECIALISTA NO le aprobó lo que me prometió la asistente y me fui muy frustrada y principalmente con la ESPECIALISTA q no accedió a ayudarme .

Doy gracias a la vida por poner en mi camino al DR Fig es una persona maravillosa, estoy encantada con mis resultados y eso que solo tengo 2 semanas de operación , (el arreglo un pésimo trabajo hecho en Miami). También no puedo dejar de agradecer a la enfermera Esther ella es un amor de persona estuvo conmigo en todo momento y al resto del equipo muchas gracias hacen un hermoso trabajo.
