Everybody in life has one or two situations where your back is against the wall and it's a make or break moment in your life and you need a guardian angel to swoop in and help save the day. Ross Quade with Spirit Real Estate is that person for me. I've recently been looking for apartments to move out because the current one has been causing me bad health issues that were quickly deteriorating and ruining my life. Because of a leasing issue I had in the past that I was tacked on to a lease with other people and they ended up being evicted when I ended up moving out early without any problems. But because my name was on the lease it ended up showing up on my record so it was hard finding apartments during my search and I kept getting turned down. It was to the point where I was extremely discouraged and just ready to give up. But I went online and did quick research and found that I can fill out this form for an apartment locator offering that opportunity for 2nd chances and literally within 10 minutes Ross called me. No joke he calmly walked me through the process and within a few days I already had a new lease signed at an awesome apartment complex that was even better than my current one. He couldn't have made it any easier and he relieved so much stress off me and literally saved me. I'm so appreciative and grateful for Ross helping me in my life because like I said it is a game changer and it would have been terrible if I couldn't get this help. If anybody else is in this situation I highly highly highly recommend contacting Ross because he will save the day for you and alleviate so much stress and worry that you have. Marlene and Ross are incredible. I was moving from Orlando, Florida to Austin by myself with a low credit score. Not only did Marlene help me get a place completely on my own but she gave me great options in different neighborhoods. I’m now living in The Domain, a place I would have never discovered without her help and could not be happier with the result. I also had some complications with my lease and leasing office trying to sign from a different state. She was right there with me through it all making sure my lease was finalized and there was clear communications between all parties. Ross was an awesome apartment finder. We needed to find a place in less then two weeks. Yes twooo weeks. Had some issues with previous finders and getting an approval, but he made the process easy.
