Woke up to my fridge at 62F. Called these guys and Kevin came same day, within hours. Diagnosed immediately and fixed in 30 minutes without trying to sell me anything. He also gave me some advice on an unrelated issue with my icemaker. They’re honest, capable, and available. This is the trifecta of qualities when I look for contractors/repair guys. Cannot recommend enough. I’ll be recommending this company to all my friends/family. Thanks Kevin!! Now all I have to do is move all my food back upstairs from the basement fridge. At least the fridge is clean!

I finally found a refrigerator repairman for my Sub Zero that knows what he's doing !! I had previously had 2 problems with my fridge and had called a different company and I thought the problem was resolved but it wasn't. Thus, the need for a 3rd repair. I decided not to contact the former repair company and decided to give Authorized Refrigeration Sub Zero Repair a try since they have excellent reviews. First I spoke with Robin and explained my need for repair. Robin was very polite and transferred me to the Kevin, the technician. I told Kevin I needed repair and explained the situation. He said he will have the owner Eric come right away, if it was convenient for me. I was shocked that someone would come right away. Kevin also told me all parts are on hand and it will be fixed today. Eric came and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. I also discovered, the other 2 repairs from the other company was not what the problem was and I wasted all that money for nothing. Eric diagnosed the correct cause of the problem and he fixed my refrigerator in about one hour! I cannot thank Eric and his team enough for treating me as part of a family and for resolving my refrigerator issue the proper way. The cost of repair was very reasonable and competitive. Thank you team!! As much as I was pleased with the service, I hope I don't need service again. But, if I do, I will most definitely contact Authorized Refrigeration Sub Zero Repair. You should call them too !!

Repeat customer here. I don’t know what a fair price is for service or parts for a Sub Zero Fridge. What I do know is that we inherited a very expensive refrigerator with our house purchase and I have to assume an expensive refrigerator = expensive parts and premium price for service to be knowledgeable on a very expensive refrigerator. In our experiences with them - Kevin and Eric are reliable, genuine, and I trust them. Trust is earned, never given, and each time we call them they earn it. Thanks for the professional fix of the gasket this time, the fan last time, and the heads up about the compressor, along with both of us hoping we luck out and don’t have to fix the compressor for awhile. I called about a leaky subzero fridge in westchester county. The team came same day and was incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. In an out in less than 15 minutes and as nice as could be! And have me a tutorial on additional issues to watch for since we have an older fridge. I strongly recommend anyone with a subzero issue to call them, you won’t be sorry.

My experience with Authorized Refrigeration (Kevin, Eric) was marked by deception and now a complete breach of trust. I was charged $3,500 for a freezer compressor that I subsequently found out--by a reputable company and sub zero themselves-- was never installed. The freezer has never worked right since, and the temperature continues to fluctuate erratically, although they've attempted to fix it a few times. Another company fixed it on the first try and revealed the con. It's extremely disheartening to have been scammed out of so much money. Use at your own risk.

We had the best experience - again - with Kevin and Eric. Kevin was able to come within a day and was able to fix the leak and the ice maker in our fridge so we are all set for the holiday weekend. Can't recommend more!

Highly recommend! Have used for 2 diff issues on our subzero. They're professional, responsive and do great work. Eric was able to problem solve an issue and followed up after to make sure it was resolved.

Eric has always been the go-to person for our Subzero refrigerator and freezer. Very knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommended and always helpful in solving and repairing the Subzero.

Fantastic!! Eric showed up 10 min after the call. Happen to be driving through my town! How convenient! Lol He stopped in for a dead dark Subzero. 2 min after walking in, he fixes the issue, and tells me see ya later. In Shock and confusion I say “Wait!, what happen?” He responded. “You had Loose Light bulbs! “ Lol I insisted on Paying, he refused. How sweet of a man! Like common! Hes my Subzero Repair guy for life! He coulda told me my whole electrical system was fried, but he was Honest ! Rare these days! Look no further! This is the company to use!!

We had a tremendous experience working with Kevin and Eric at Authorized Refrigeration Services. Eric took the time to explain the anticipated repairs and pricing to us on the phone ahead of the service visit. On the day of the appointment, Kevin arrived on time (he even called 10 minutes prior to say that he was on his way). He was mindful that we had a sleeping baby upstairs, so he was very quiet while repairing the door gasket on our 2006 Sub-Zero freezer and while coming/going from the house to his truck to get tools. When he was finished the repair, he took the time to clean the condenser for us and he showed me how to do it myself in the future. I'm very grateful that he did because we bought the home a year ago and didn't even know the condenser was something that needed to be cleaned annually. This company has top-notch customer service and I'd recommend them to any friend. Thank you Kevin, and thank you Eric for working with us.

I contacted these guys to repair my sub zero fridge. They quoted me a crazy price to replace the thermistor and the board. I said no, and I went to another repair guy, who said that all I really needed was a door seal. My board was find and he showed me that the thermistors were working fine as well.

Everything about this company is great , be ready to sell a kidney to pay for the repair. i got overcharged , and misdiagnosed only for the problem to surface another year later costing me the same amount to repair. Thief's
