The team at Auto Action was knowledgeable, speedy, and gracious with their time to show me the ins and outs of my new remote start. Lia took care of everything and was incredibly pleasant to interact with. She answered all my questions and got my service scheduled at an amazing price (that no one else was able to do, trust me I looked). You don't really see amazing family run businesses like these anymore. I can't recommend them enough, I won't go anywhere else!

Communication is over the top. They do everything they can do to make sure you are satisfied a 100%. The work is spot on and you get 100% of what you ask for. Got katzken leather seats installed on a brand new Chevy Traverse through AAT. I didn’t pick AAT, my dealership handled it all, and I quickly learned why they send cars over 50 miles for the services. I was a little worried about how it might look but I was pleasantly surprised at how great the leather seats look. I never would have guessed that an aftermarket installer for leather seats could look so good. I would definitely use this service again through AAT. They were very fast and did an amazing job and I never even interacted with them directly. Not yet, next time it’ll be me!

I currently reside in an area of Newark where crime is a problem, and, as a renter, I don't have a garage, so I have to park my car on the street, which makes me concerned about the possibility of my car being stolen. Granted, my car is not new, it's a 2012 Honda Fit, but it's in excellent condition, and it looks good, so it could be a target. That said, after doing some research on different devices and gadgets that prevent car theft, I concluded that a relay switch, also known as a kill switch, would be my best option. A relay switch "can prevent a car from being stolen by stopping the vehicle from starting. It's a simple device that's hidden inside the car and can be wired to prevent the starter from engaging. Even if a thief damages the ignition switch or steering column, the kill switch will still prevent the car from starting." My Honda Service Advisor recommended Auto Action Technologies, so I sent the company an e-mail to inquire about car theft prevention products, and I was very impressed when I received a quick response from Joseph (President) who is very knowledgeable, who answered all my questions, and who asked Lia (Retail Sales Representative) to communicate with me, and to schedule an appointment for me. Shortly thereafter, Lia called me, and we came up with a date and time for my appointment to have a relay switch installed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and warm reception I received from Lia who smiled, greeted me warmly, and offered me my choice of coffee, tea and/or water. In addition, while my car was in the shop, she checked on me a few times to see how I was doing, which was very thoughtful. The waiting area is very nice. It has central air, high ceilings, comfortable couches and chairs, and a nice television with remote control, so that if you don't like what's on, you can change the channel. Junior (Head Technician) installed the relay switch. He was very courteous, helpful, and professional, and he took the time to explain to me how the relay switch works, and he gave me different options as to where it could be located in my car's interior, which I really appreciate. I'd also like to recognize Marco (Shop Manager) and Cesar (General Manager) for their courteousness, helpfulness, and professionalism. In short, my experience with Auto Action Technologies was A+.

Auto Action will definitely meet your expectations and more. Apart from their excellent customer service provided, they also made sure to walk me through when I did my bed liner for my pick up and answered every question asked. The overnight drop off made it very convenient for me as well since due to my work schedule I was not able to drop it off during work hours. Overall I will return in the future and will recommend this shop for everyone. 5 Stars!

I had a camera installed by Auto Action Technologies a few months ago and the job was done amazingly well, not to mention the great customer service that I'd received! I was greeted by Joe, who took the time to explain all of the work that would be done to install my new camera. I obtained a rental from Auto Action while my work was being done, which made the overall experience so much better. Fast forward to April 2024... because of a minor car accident, I lost my camera, but the housing for the camera remained intact. Luckily, for me, I was able to call Auto Action Technologies and have the camera replaced without any issues and too much expense. I appreciate the time that both Joe and Junior took to explain the whole process to get my issue resolved. All done with extreme professionalism. I love this place and will be back!!!

I emailed Auto Action to get a quote for some interior lighting and tint. Lia responded to the email promptly and was able to send me over a quote and get me an appointment scheduled within two emails. Everything was thoroughly explained over email. On install day, everything was completed perfectly and my quote was matched exactly as sent over. Will definitely be a repeat customer here for all my vehicles.

i had my hitch and wiring done and Lia was very helpful to be sure that I got the hitch that my company needed for my vehicle. She assured me that it was right and scheduled it once the piece came in. It took just a morning to complete and I did not even need the loaner car she arranged for me. I was very impressed and would recommend Auto Action and Lia to anyone needing after market updates on their vehicle.

Great establishment, but they dont respond to website emails or quote requests, which is unprofessional and not cool for any business to ignore customers. No, calling is not a solution.

I was looking for a one stop-shop to customize my Dodge Charger. I wanted multiple services, including tints, hood wrap with a special design, painted brake calipers and additional designs specific for my vehicle. I was fortunate to find Auto Action, who offered all the services. I was impressed not only with their facility and quality of work, but also their responsiveness and communication.
