Excellent customer service, we had to change locations of drop off a few time and they were very accommodating. Also forgot an IPad in the car and they shipped it back to the states with no problems. They will be the only place we went a car from in the future. Best price available

By far one of the best rental experiences that I've had within the Caribbean and certainly the Dominican Republic. For starters they're truly punctual in terms of response time as well as pickup / dropoff/. I booked the car while in D.R. 2 days into my trip with the family as we were looking to venture out on our own (if you've been to Punta Cana or nearby areas you know that the hotels seek to keep you well maintained with All-Inclusive food options, nightlife, etc, etc HOWEVER we wanted to venture to some of the local restaurants, sights and nightclubs on our own We stopped by Drink Point, Imagine & Infinity as opposed to tourist traps like Coco Bongo. Had lunch and spent a few hours at the Pearl Beach Club in Higuey and even drove further out (roads in D.R. have been efficient for some time now) What I love about the company is that they have true rental cars (in look) but also cars that don't stand out like a rental (important if you are worried about safety; no need to be but just in case you don't want to stand out further than what you likely already will lol. The 2018 Black on Black Kia automatic with dark tints was PERFECT. In the end I changed the drop off location from our hotel to the airport (no problem) and the cost was a fraction of some of the other companies we initially reached out to. All paperwork was done digitally including E-Signatures, and uploads Definitely my new go to for Car rental in D.R.!!!!

We rented a car for a day to see more of the island. The company was really easy to work with and organize the pick up and drop off. Super fair prices. Would recommend!

Excelente son los mejores. Muy profesionales y lo mas económico en Punta cana. Te recogen en el aeropuerto y entregas el carro en el aeropuerto. Muy puntuales y amables lo único que no te dicen que el carro consume gas y no gasolina y solo algunas estaciones de gasolina venden gas. Pero el consumo del gas es súper económico. Page 200.00 dólares de depósito y después de entregar el carro me lo devolvieron inmediatamente. Me encantó el servicio. Muchas gracias

Alquilamos dos carros los cuales estaban en perfectas condiciones, la atención fue excelente, siempre muy atento y dispuesto ayudar. No te hacen cobros extras o cobros ocultos, todo lo que nos ofreció fue lo que se nos entrego y el valor que me dio inicialmente fue el valor que se cancelo al final. De verdad lo recomiendo.

Alquilamos un auto en punta cana para devolverlo en Santo Domingo, nos fue excelente, la empresa nos entregó el auto directamente en el hotel y lo pude devolver en el aeropuerto de Santo Domingo sin ningún problema Hicimos el depósito en efectivo, y así mismo nos lo devolvieron en efectivo, no hubo cargos extras, se pagó lo que se acordó desde el inicio. El auto nos lo entregaron con el tanque lleno, limpio, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto Nos fue muy bien en la comunicación con la empresa, todo el proceso fue muy sencillo y además el auto que me asignaron desde el inicio fue el que nos llevaron. Système de réservation en ligne efficace. Tarif très intéressant. Voiture livrée à l'hôtel à l'heure. Véhicule conforme à la description, propre et en très bon état. Un seul petit bémol concernant le paiement en ligne que je n'ai pas pu finalisé, nous avons dû chercher un ATM pour retirer de l'argent et payer.

It was just a pleasure doing business with those people. They were quick, responsive, easy to communicate. The car was in excellent condition, new and clean. We asked to rent it in hotel and return to the airport, and everything worked perfect. They provided a lot of recommendation regarding places and beaches that need to visit, and we are really appreciate their advise. Great experience and strong recomendations!

Muy buen servicio, hicimos la reserva por whatsapp y listo, no hubo complicaciones. No tenemos tarjeta de crédito y por consiguiente hicimos un depósito en efectivo que fue devuelto en su totalidad al final del alquiler. El auto trabajó muy bien, excelente funcionamiento del aire acondicionado dada las condiciones del clima. Condiciones claras, no hay cargos adicionales incluidos.

Buen vehículo, yo elegi una SUV económica y la mejor decisión a la hora de ahorrar combustible.
