Engine splash guard of my car had unexpectedly come loose and was scraping along the ground during a family visit over the holiday period between Xmas and New Year's when most car repair places are closed for their break. In a great stroke of luck, however, Bosch appeared open when I drove by there, as the garage doors were open and mechanics were inside the shop. Yet, as I discovered, they were only in there for a couple of hours to finish up some reaming work and were actually closed for 2 weeks. Upon hearing the nature of my issue, however, they generously agreed to diagnose the issue and replace the bolts that had fallen off, while also replacing a bulb that had blown on the front light. This was all done with great efficiency and friendliness, and was inexpensively priced. I am grateful for their efficient assistance and will recommend them highly to anyone who asks for a mechanic!

I don’t usually write reviews but this service deserves a review. I call up on the morning I need my car to be seen, Nick picks up around 7am and books me in for my preferred time. He is friendly and polite. I drop my car off and he gives me timely updates on how the process is going. Gives me an exact quote. Already had all the materials necessary to fix it. He says it will be done around 3.30/4 and calls me just after 3 to say it’s all sorted. Sure enough price is exactly as quoted. Just great, genuine, high quality service. Living up to Robert Bosch’s mission statement. You sure have your customer’s trust and I’ll be returning. Thanks Nick and team! Aya

Very unworthy mechanics no contact at all when I brought my car there while they we’re fixing it no updates what so ever nick im pretty sure was the one I was dealing with do not recommend at all find someone else better with Communication skills and very despicable prices I give it 0 stars my worst experience ever with a mechanic shop goes to them

Both John and Nick have always been very accommodating, its a great place to go because you can get both electrical and mechanical done there, its a one stop shop, I had a car that used to break down a lot and even if the shop wasn't opened (IE: Christmas time or public holidays) they would always find a way i could leave the car there. I would highly recommend them. plus you usually get your car washed as well :)

I am not sure what happened with my experience here, but I am in disbelief to read the other reviews about great communication and customer service because this was not my experience with this workshop. I was recommended this mechanic and dealt with Nick initially. There was no communication or updates from them on what was happening with my car and whenever I rang I was told I would be called back and never was. After about 2 weeks I decided to go in and collect my car as it seemed they weren't able to identify the issue, only to be told by Nick that my car had been in a accident. The most astonishing part of this was that that it had happened 5 days ago and I was only just being informed and when I questioned why no one had bothered to contact me and let me know, no one could answer me. I understand these things can happen but the complete lack of communication and then the absolute nightmare I have dealt with the last 3 months to get my car repaired from the accident has been ridiculous. I wont be returning to this mechanic nor would I recommend them.

A surprisingly good experience, becoming more and more rare in cash grabbing Sydney. Here at Autofix the customer comes first. Fully transparent, given me options, and most importantly the outcomes I was looking for. Great service, can only recommend.
