Hi Glenn, Thank you for taking the time to give us a 1-star review.
We have looked on our enquiries and can see you put in an enquiry on 4th June 2024....it is now 13th June 2024.
Not exactly 3 weeks.....also as per our website it does say on our "book lessons" tab that upon completing an enquiry, if we have an instructor in your area you will get a text /email to be added to our "waiting list" and if we have space within the next 4 weeks you will get another text to connect with an instructor.
It also says that after 4 weeks waiting lists and enquiries are deleted.
This is because students find an instructor and do not inform us which means we waste hours chasing enquiries.
We can also see you gave another school (Rainbow driving school) a 5 star review, simply for asking a question.

I have just passed my driving test with Driving Lessons Liverpool Ltd. Where to start, I was nervous, having had a big gap in lessons after Covid. My instructor was Simon, and he couldn't have made me more at ease. A true gentleman, patient, caring and understanding. He has an incredible ability with people to re-assure them and give them the tools, skills and confidence needed to succeed. All provided with a great sense of humour. His passion for the work he does shines through. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Simon, thank you for all your encouragement and patience. I will miss our conversations and wish you and the rest of the company all the very best.
If you're reading this looking to book lessons. Go with these. You will not regret it.

Passed my driving test
My instructor is a an amazing, friendly, calm and professional person. He never give up on me, very good communicator in level that you will understand the message in detail. One of the best Instructor in Liverpool
Shiva Raj Panta was my Instructor for my driving lesson. I had a good experience with him. He has sound knowledge and experiences to deliver lesson. He was kind and supportive during my lessons. I did follow his instructions and ideas given in my exam and I passed my test. If anyone looking for automatic driving instructor I do highly recommend him.

Today I past my driving test with who I considered one of the best person I ever met Simon. We clicked from my first lesson. Simon is such a caring and fun person to be around, I am going to missed being around him because not only does he teaches me how to drive but we have good laughs too. I can tell you his passion for is job is what makes him a great driving instructor. I thank him for giving the courage to be celebrating. Thank you

My driving instructor from this company, I will not name names was not good at explaining things whilst on the road, and blamed me for mistakes he did NOT explain. Charged £43 for a 60 minute automatic driving lesson and because I was new I only got to drive for half of this time. I had 4 lessons with him and never heard from him again, would always cancel last minute. Absolutely out of order. It is only fair that I get a refund, he is an embarrassment to this company.

Thank you for your 1 star review, we strive on honest reviews and feedback so having spoken to the instructor in question we have some feedback.
They informed us that you told them that you have ADHD and when asked how this affects you with replied with concentration and you often zoned out.
They tried to help you every lesson, but you simply wouldnt listen to guidance and struggled to control the automatic vehicle that you were having lessons in.
After 4 lessons the instructor said that due to you zoning out you were unsafe to be taking driving lessons and on the road and so stopped your driving lessons in the interest of public safety.
We also had a look when your last lesson was and it was in August 2023, yet took you until January 2024 to leave this review.
No lessons will be refunded.

After a terrible time with another driving school simon restored my faith in my ability and helped maintain my focus never could have done it with a different instructor. So happy i passed. How he tolerated me i will never know 🤣
