Chris is great and took care of an unexpected problem quickly for me.

Everything was done efficiently & on time. Agents were friendly & informative.

The work product here is reliable. My issue is not with quality of work, but with propensity to try and upsell things. Earlier this week I brought my car in for an oil change. Having been there before I knew they would look over everything on my car and send me a text with a dozen or so issues for my 2010 Honda with over 160k miles. I said at the time that all I wanted was the oil change. 6 hours later I get a text with the usual litany of issues, and a statement that the oil change cost ~$90, which is what I expected. But then I got a call 10 minutes later saying the oil change hadn’t been done yet, and that they wanted to do some fancy special oil change that would cost $300. I declined and reiterated my request to just change the oil and give me my car back. To their credit, the work I actually wanted done was finished in 30 minutes, but I do not like repeating myself, and I don’t like waiting longer than needed for things to get done, and autostream forced me through both because they want to sell you repairs for everything they can find rather than follow directions.

AutosStream was a great help! I love the website set up breaking everything down for you to understand, they have competitive rates to any other option in Annapolis and they are very nice to work with. They had to order a part for me and got the complete wrong part, knowing I had to pick my car up later that day they managed to source the correct piece needed to do the job which I find impressive!
