Great communication. Responsive. Had an alignment job done - which was completed quickly. They were good at managing my expectations.

Chris was excellent in explaining the (opaque to me) Maryland car inspection rules. The service was prompt and thorough.

Very friendly and professional staff. They are quick to diagnose and fill you in with all the options without pressuring your decision. The shop itself is very clean and organized, which gives me confidence that my truck will be taken care of. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area! I will definitely be back when my truck is due

Really solid shop, they give it to you straight and the prices don't seem crazy out of line. Skilled labor is expensive, cars cost money to maintain. I'm not a mechanic but I've done enough work on cars to know that the skill and knowledge of the mechanics makes a huge difference. They give me a good layout of issues and fixes and I don't feel pressured into the "good to do, but not currently strictly necessary" options. You get what you pay for and i definitely feel the value for money is there with this shop. *Also, insane turnaround time. Obviously that's something that's going to vary with season and workload but they do work i expect to take 3-5 days in one.

This place has always taken good care of me! Not only do they do great work on my car when needed but I always stop in for minor stupid stuff, like air in my tire or sun advisor replacement, etc.. they always have my back and take good care of me!

Good find 4 what is vibrating my car. I had ran over a fallen branch in the road, and that's when I realized I had a problem and after my investigating I eventually concluded the motor mounts were compromised!

I’ve been going here for years with multiple vehicles and have only had good experiences. Fantastic customer service from Chris and Jeremy up front, and mechanics are always thorough. Couldn’t recommend AutoStream enough.
