I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Avraham and his team. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was linked with Dr. Avraham to discuss my options. I was very apprehensive but my anxiety was quickly put at ease after our first meeting. During every visit he is patient, kind, and answers all of my questions. Both he and his amazing assistant, Elian have been a great support in navigating me through a lumpectomy and reduction as well as a bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. His experience, professionalism and talent make him a wonderful surgeon but his bedside manner shows how much he truly cares for each patient and wants the best outcome for them and their families. I would recommend him to anyone hands down.

I had 3 laparotomies prior to seeing Dr. Avraham (1. peritoneal mesothelioma 2. subsequent bowel obstruction 3. hernia and abdominal wall repair surgery. My abdominal wall was so weak after 3 major surgeries that the 3rd one "failed" - I went to Dr. Avraham at the suggestion of ANOTHER surgeon who said -- "See Dr. Avraham, he's your Doctor- he handles messy stuff like this." The fact that ANOTHER doctor recommended Dr. Avraham tells you something. Dr. Avraham not only repaired my incisional ventral hernia and diastasis (which are still rock solid even without a mesh), he closed me up with such precision that one can barely see my scars. His work, his bedside manner and his entire staff are a gift to this field. He is a true and caring artist!

Dr. Avraham is an amazing Plastic Surgeon. He is a very dedicated Doctor that provides his all to every single one of his patients . Dr, Avraham gave me the confident and trust to live life to the fullest by medically treating me during the most difficult time of my life. I will choose him anytime in a blink of an eye for any procedure that will be medically necessary. Dr. Avraham is an amazing doctor, his work and talent speaks for itself. What really sets him apart from other doctors is 1) he reads your chart before your appointment!! 2) he gives you his cell phone and actually answers it and 3) he holds your hand when 25 people are staring at you in the operating room. I can’t say enough great things, especially Elian, the practice manager, who makes miracles happen.

It was not easy to make the decision of breast reconstruction surgery. I was very lucky and thankful to have found a good doctor. Dr. Avraham honestly gave me the best advice and performed my treatment successfully with his talent and professional knowledge. He also kindly and carefully managed my post-surgey care. I remembered the 1-2 days after I was discharge from the hospital, I was very anxious and nervous of any little change and discomfort. Dr. Avraham replied my texts and calls immediately to answer my questions. He came to the office to see me when I needed. He understands and respects his patient's physical and mental needs. His assistant Ms. Elian was also super friendly and helpful with everything I needed.

Dr. Tomer Avraham made my dream come true. His talent and knowledge combined with his respect for my wishes had me feeling the most confident and beautiful. His staff is super helpful and kind, understanding and accommodating. Prior the surgery, all details were very clear and organized. Trust is a critical element to consider when contemplating making a change to your face. Dr. Avraham objectively analyzed my face before mapping out a plan of care. I was blessed to have Dr. Avraham perform reconstructive surgery for me several years ago after I was diagnosed with DCIS. Not only was he a master of his craft in terms of delivering aesthetic perfection, but he also paid careful attention to my emotional well-being throughout the entire process. Dr. Avraham spoke candidly and professionally; treated me with respect and kindness. It was clear that his procedures and practices were tailored specifically to meet MY body type and unique needs. He is truly the best of the best!

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Avraham! I don’t like to share too much publicly, but I hope my experience/comments are helpful to others. Planning breast reconstruction is not fun, for when a part of you is being taken away it’s emotional and you don’t know what to expect. Dr. Avraham was recommended by another surgeon and looking at his work/bio, I knew he was well qualified, you want the best! Consultation was everything I expected. Dr. Avraham was kind, compassionate, calm and patient while he clearly explained all of my options with honesty. He was the one I wanted in the operating room for the reconstruction phase as I was put under anesthesia. I trusted him completely and knew he could handle anything. I opted for DIEP Flap reconstruction which is not a quick fix surgery and requires micro surgery skills, for which he has tons of experience. In the end, he has done a lot of work on me. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He never told me I would end up looking better than ever!!! I am wearing clothes I never dared to wear. I notice every detail but luckily Dr. Avraham is a bigger perfectionist than I am! He truly cares about his work, it shows on his face and in his actions. I felt I could say anything to him and I think that really helped me get through the process. I never expected to forge such a strong bond. I love having his work be a part of me!

The results were better than what I expected. I first met Dr. Avraham here in CT where he did a fantastic job with a removal of implants and using my own abdominal tissue reconstructed new breasts. They feel like they had been there all along. He is a professional, kind, attentive, throrough, detail oriented and is a walking enciclopedia. My sister asked me for his number for other work she wants done. This man is a genius.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer, October 2019. I needed to have emergency surgery so Dr Avraham took the time to come in and perform the surgery which was a mastectomy. He said to me we are going to become best friends in the end and he was right. I had to have multiple breast reconstruction and revision, which is normal. It was a very difficult time for me. And his charismatic personality is what got me through this difficult time in my life. He is an amazing surgeon and a perfectionist, which is a good thing. I am extremely happy with my results, and I highly recommend him. His caring ways made me feel so comfortable. While having my last surgery, I was in the operating room and he knew I was anxious. He came over and began to rub my arm and told me everything was going to be OK. Not too many doctors do that. In the near future, I plan on having some plastic surgery done on my eyes and he will be the first person I go to. He is very honest and trustworthy. As of December 2022 I am cancer free and very happy with my results and the person that I am once again I highly recommend him. I am 63 years old in these photos and beautiful. I just love Dr Avraham. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Dr. Avraham came and met me in the emergency room to stitch me up. Without him I would have been disfigured from scarring and he literally saved my face! I owe him everything!!
