The Axis team was great, really fast to respond, answered all my questions and provided a seamless and quick path to replacing my windshield. Alex, their technician was great, arrived exactly on time and provided an incredibly efficient service - couldn’t be happier with the work and process!!

Like a lot of other clients who wrote super positive reviews, if I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would! For starters, they made a stressful situation so easy. They took care of talking to my auto insurance claims department & replaced my windshield in my driveway while I continued my workday from home. But they also went way above & beyond in so many other ways. For example, my request for a quote to replace my windshield was answered after hours, on a Sunday! Then, when Dave started to ask questions about my vehicle to confirm if he could source the correct windshield, he gave me advice like you would give to a family member! Then they had to go to Kitchener just to get my replacement windshield because it was the last one in Ontario due to the features embedded into the glass. There wasn’t even an aftermarket option that was available anywhere in the province! When that made them run a little late for my appointment, Dave stepped in and started to do the pre-work in my driveway because he remembered that I mentioned I had to go somewhere at a certain time when we were scheduling the appointment! So while I really hope that I don’t become a repeat client, if I ever need another windshield, there would be absolutely no question of who I would call!

Axis auto glass provides absolutely exceptional service.. not only did the guys come out same day.. but had my windshield repaired quickly. Alex is the best technician with abundant experience in this industry. Highly recommend!

I just got a stone chipped windshield repaired. Regarding the actual damage, it was focused, about 3mm in diameter with 2 star type lines extended another 1 and 2 mm. Regarding the repair, in the before & after pictures, unfortunately the focus is not on the glass but they still show the damage and the repair. Regarding the customer service, on time, very polite and very knowledgeable in the context of car glass repairs and installations. Overall happy with the outcome, a bit pricy but the lifetime warranty on further cracks of the windshield that originate from the same damage location with money back towards a windshield replacement makes it ok.

Alex came to our home and 30 minutes later magic. tech was great, shared information and what were the options to choose from. cost was reasonable . would highly recommend you connect with Axis Auto Glass.
