ZERO STARS!!! This place is the worst the customer service is non existent here. The two guys working the desk. An older Hispanic male was rude and short with checking in. And the white BALD male with the beard was worse. He was like all rude and short and was plain mean. I know they deal with a lot of people but damn, show some respect. The bald guy failed my test because it did not smell like pee. He DID NOT even smell it. WTH the place was bad.
Regarding the lab tech's actions:
1. Smell alone is not a valid reason for failing a test.
2. Lab technicians should follow established protocols.
3. Test results should be based on scientific analysis, not subjective judgments. He made a personal choice in failing me. Rude, mean, and not a good tech
Our collectors follow the Federal Specimen Collection Guidelines which include "Signs of tampering. You must inspect the specimen for unusual color, presence of foreign objects or material, or other signs of tampering (e.g., if you notice any unusual odor)." If a collector detects an unusual odor or other signs of tampering they give the donor the opportunity to provide a second specimen under direct observation with an observer as the same gender as the donor.

This business is also IdentoGo, TSA precheck authorization. This is a business I would never choose to frequent. Came here to obtain my TSA approval. It was very difficult to locate IdentoGo because the most visible sigage shows "azc DRUG TESTING." When I arrived at 845 for a 9am appointment, there was a long line waiting to sign in. Although customers are directed to sign in, there was no sign in sheet at the desk. The appointment was on time. Staff is efficient but cold. Staff spoke Spanish throughout my appointment to a coworker, never introduced herself, and barked commands. Unfortunately, this is the only TSA precheck approval center in the area that I am familiar with.
Kelly, we are a contractor for Idemia (IdentoGo). We do have logoed signage that we are an Idemia TSA Enrollment Center in our parking lot, on our entrance, and in our lobby. Idemia requires for their contract that we sign those appointments in ourselves. We have a staff member who is dedicated strictly to our TSA fingerprinting service to ensure that we can process those clients quickly and efficiently. AZC Drug Testing, which is our primary business, provides drug & alcohol testing and employee background check services to employers. We have separate staff that handles our drug testing collections to minimize the waiting time for both sets of clientele. I do have staff that helps back up our TSA fingerprinting services and other staff that helps back up our drug & alcohol collection services to help ensure that we minimize wait times during peak hours. I regret that you felt that our techs were "cold" this morning as I almost always hear from clientele how great of customer service that Luis provided them. I am happy to hear that they had you in at your designated appointment time and back out quickly and efficiently.

The staff at this facility definitely needs to take a course on customer service. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere if given the choice.
I have reviewed the video and audio of when you and your husband were in. I apologize that my staff could not give you an exact time of how long the wait would be as we did have other clients ahead of him. Due to the paperwork that his company sent him in with we had to locate and modify a chain of custody form for that lab as your husband had brought in a photocopy of a form that is a multipart form, which takes extra time. I do apologize for the delay as the need to modify the form does slow down how long a normal collection takes.

Our small business has used AZC/ Oschmann services for our DOT-FAA regulated and mandated FAA drug testing consortium since 2017 and has always received prompt courteous service to include specific support in response to FAA/MIS report requests that seem to be an annual occurrence. During an audit, we were provided with all requested scans of certain documents we had not retained ourselves, and this was just one example of how AZC/Oschmann professionally and competently provides FAA drug testing consortium services. Today, the company went above and beyond by contributing to a fundraiser on our behalf when a natural disaster impacted our business. We appreciate the services provided by, and generosity of, this organization that provides us our FAA drug testing consortium services.

This was the worst experience I have seen in any government facility. Fourth minute wait time after testing just to see the guy smoking an E-Cigarette outside. Patient were backed up and there was no direction from anyone. BAD

No one was up at the front we waited 1 whole hour until my Significant other was called for his screening the front office need to work on their customer service because it was horrible
We apologize for the delay. While we staff for our normal flow of customers we cannot always predict when there will be a surge during the day. We will work with our collection staff to increase efficiencies during these surges.

Place is alright. Only complaint is I waited for results for an alcohol screening for too long. Was emailed my results within a week, I then waited 2 more weeks to pay MVD for my license. Only to find out they didn’t submit my results to them, I was then told all they do with the information is give it to me. What a waste of time and money

turn around is remarkable for employee testing which helps quite a bit with new hires. Any needs for DOT training is just an email away and they will walk you through it. They give clear and direct emails so rarely do you need them for the extra help. Very pleased with this company. Have been with them for years now. Steph Salvucci

It doesn't matter if you sign in or not and have an appointment. They take who they take at whatever time. If you work weekdays and are pressed for time, find another place that will respect the appointments made.
The TSA dictates to my company the order that we take applicants in for fingerprinting services and they often will double book appointments through their website. My staff does the best that they can to get applicants in and out as quickly as possible and keeping their schedule to the best of our abilities while providing service in a professional manner. We do have separate techs who perform TSA fingerprinting services than our drug testing services. The drug testing tech will be servicing our drug testing clients so while someone may have arrived after you they may be here for a different service performed by the other tech. I do apologize that we were unable to see you right at your appointment time.
