After having my tooth painlessly extracted, I am awaiting the next step of having the area prepared for the implant to be installed. Everyone on Dr Allen's team are supportive for my success of having a new tooth. More to come after having the final phase completed. The sinus pack procedure was finished and next visit should check the healing process to prepare for the implant phase.

I have high anxiety but the staff here was extremely friendly and sensitive to my needs. Everything was explained to me before any procedures were done and I was asked throughout the appointment if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. My initial consultation was great. The doctor (I’m horrible with names), was very knowledgeable and informative! He looked over my x-rays and discussed available options. We both opted for general anesthesia to remove all 4. I had my appointment this morning and everything went great! He made sure I didn’t have any last minute questions, put me to sleep, I woke up just fine and now, 10 hours later, I have no pain and no issues. Of course, I still have the major recovery period ahead of me. I have never had any type of surgery or general anesthesia before, and my experience at AZMax in Show Low was amazing! I highly recommend.

I decided to go with Dr Lemieux and AZMax months ago because he was straightforward in his assessment and answered all my questions prior to setting up surgery appt. I did not feel at all pressured to make a decision nor did my appt feel rushed when sitting in his office - quite the opposite, actually. Additionally, I emailed back and forth several times with Tami over the last few months leading up to my surgery. Tami is the front office mgr. and she’s kind, efficient and very patient. I just had surgery early this morning (extraction, bone graft, implant), but I already spoke to Dr Lemieux after hours when I called to ask a question. His emergency answering service was great, and the dr called me back within 30 minutes on a Friday evening. I’m hoping I don’t have any issues recovering- it’s only day 1, but if I do, I’m confident I will have no trouble reaching Dr Lemieux and his staff for help. I’m very happy I chose AZMax.

Dr. Austin and his entire staff was fantastic. I had oral surgery for a single implant, the whole process went flawless. I would highly reccomend his practice to anyone needing any type of oral surgery. Thanks Dr. Austin and your staff.

I needed 2 extractions w/ bone graphs today. To make it more fun, they are on opposite sides of my mouth- one top/one bottom. The procedure was so smooth from the very being. His staff works seamlessly with him to take care of their patient! Here’s to happy healing and as little pain as possible. Thank you for taking care of me, Dr. Porter and his staff!

Doctors and staff took were caring and efficient as they removed my molar. If I need more care, I will certainly go there again.

Procedure provided a remedy for a very bothersome growth. Vet pleased with the outcome. Doctor activated recovery time which was spot on!

Had 3 wisdom teeth pulled, and compared to my previous experience with a different dentist office, this was a breeze. I will be referring friends, family and coworkers to you. Thanks again team!!!

Dr. Allen and his staff are excellent! For a person who has a real fear of dental work, I can say they made my procedure as quick and easy as possible. The only thing I would have liked to see done differently would be to get post-op instructions beforehand, and in writing (my post-op pamphlet was not personalized). I have already recommended Az Max to friends!!

I was a patient at the brown location. I had broken a wisdom tooth I was referred by my general dentist I was able to get in with Dr. Porter within a couple days for a consult. Staff was great, Dr was nice scheduled my surgery a few weeks out. I opted for local vs Iv sedation. Dental assistant was very nice and calming she explained everything before surgery, during surgery and post op. She even walked me out to my car. Procedure was very fast no pain at all, post op instructions very clear pain has been minimal. Again the staff was incredibe. I would recommend them to anyone.

My mouth is in perfect shape. Thank you for making sure we used the correct antibiotic to protect my kidneys. My GFR actually improved. Tom He

Place implant Did a great job , well build guy but very gentle oral surgeon , didn’t feel a thing Would highly recommend staff great also Merry Christmas Jim
