I called B-Z Overhead Door when the night before leaving on vacation, my garage door would not lower. I immediately got to speak with a REAL person who tried to help me figure out how to close it using the emergency pull (which was no longer useful due to previous homeowner`s misuse of it). Then, they sent somone out within 1hr. He worked quickly and not only fixed the problem to close the garage door, but installed a new emergency pull, lubricated the tracks, and had the time and pleasant personality to talk with us a bit - all within just over an hour. What a lifesaver!!! You will not find more reliable Overhead Doors Service !

Excellent service! My garage door was not working. I callled BZ Overhead door at 11:30 am and got an appointment for around 12:30-1:00 pm. Danny was very prompt, diagnosed the problem immediately, which was two broken springs. Door was fixed by 2:00 pm. He even made some adjustment to the door with no charge. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.
