This is the only place I’d buy a hot tub from. We previously had a beachcomber that lasted 18 years with two moves and mice. They are the best tubs for Canadian winters as well. Once my tub quit there was no questions as to who Id buy from. Scott and the team made my experience easy and enjoyable right from the get go. I ordered a tub, they delivered set it up and treated the water. I later found that it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Scott happily helped us complete adjust financing, came and removed the current tub and replaced it with a different model without any issue. They accommodated us every step of the way. Scott always remembers my name, he and the team are funny and incredibly helpful and friendly. Don’t go anywhere else.

Place was very clean and well organized

We purchased a h2o spa last year from Sheryl and Matt, I am so happy I listened to their expertise! They helped us find the perfect tub weighting the pros and cons of each tub for our need, needless to say I don't think we could have got a better tub. Delivery was amazing especially with us being out of town and fantastic set up. Since install they have been amazing with giving directions on what's the best way to keep it properly maintained and balanced!!

The service from Backyard Living Center here in Saskatoon is second to none. If you are considering a hot tub purchase I would highly recommend you check them out. Always courteous and responsive to our queries as our family is new to the outdoor hot tub world. Cheryl and Matthew have been fantastic! We had an issue during the super cold week we had just a few weeks back and Matthew was at our door eager to help, despite it being a Sunday and the minus 50c that he had to deal with, that's customer service at its best! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Not only the best hot tub place in Saskatoon but one of the best businesses period. I had trouble with my heater and I was able to get ahold of Sheryl at 10 pm night. She was happy to help walk me through troubleshooting and got my tub working again in no time. If you have any interest in a hot tub at all start and end your search with Backyard Living.

Got really good service when we needed a repair before the cold weather hit. Was affordable and honest (could have told us our board was gone, we wdnt have known). Love they do free water testing! Also have gone back for their filter cleaning, which is a 1/3 the cost of replacing the filter.

I live in Edmonton and required some older snap in jets for my beachcomber hot tub, locally the service I received was poor as they are discontinued. Ended up searching and found my answers here, Matt has been a wealth of information and leaps above and beyond what I experienced locally. If your snap in jet has broken contact Matt for the solution you won’t find anywhere else. Thanks guys for the exceptional service! Highly recommend this company!

Amazing service and experience. We previously purchased a hot tub from another retailer and regretted that purchase. With Backyard living they go above and beyond. They even assisted in trouble shooting over the Thanksgiving weekend. Highly recommend this dealer.

So we bought a used tub off friends of ours. I went to a few places to get quotes and information on moving or maintenance of the tub. It was hard to get much out of most places as most sales people kinda brushed you off when you say you already had a tub. Not Sheryl though, she was so good in explaining everything and helping getting us all the information we needed. On top of that she was like a hype person, she seemed as excited if not more then we were to be getting a hot tub. Now our move was complicated with the road it was coming from being closed and Matthew was great. I think this move took a bit longer and more out of him then he expected. I did give him a heads up that it was going to be tough, he was great and helped us get it all set up and answered all the questions we had before they left. I don’t think I have done many reviews before, but this place deserves it. Fantastic people and great service.

It is clear the owners are passionate about their business. Backyard Living Center carries hot tubs made to perform in our cold Canadian winters - I like that. Questions about water quality? How to maintain and care for your spa? Sheryl has experience! Aaaaand now they have saunas and glamping pods too... every time I visit their facility, I seem to learn something new about how these products can benefit my life and improve my health.

Sheryl and Matthew at Backyard Living Center provide quality service second to none. They are very knowledgeable and offer great prices on quality hot tubs and saunas. I love the vibe in their store!
