Charges you an arm and a leg for a basic tour and not that informative of a guide but unfortunately not much options in Wameena

I had an excellent 3 days tour. Highlight was celebration day by Dani tribe. Mock fight, dance, traditional cooking/ feast just prepared for me(I am a solo traveler). It was like a dream to spend time with a real tribal people, experience their tradition in their village. About 30 Dani people dressed in traditional outfit welcomed me. Onesius is a honest and great guide. I was very happy about his program. I enjoyed the trekking in jungle mountain and in the valley with beautiful landscape and wild river view. Crossing hanging bridge was an interesting thrilling experience. He has good team - drivers, porter, they were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend to book the trip with Onesius. He can accommodate your needs and wish, matter how small/ big your group is. I was alone, solo. And you can request short/ long tours as you wish, he can arrange the tour with plenty of option.

We had a great experience with Onesius guiding us trough the Baliem Valley.
