Nice xmas dinner. Beautyfull restaurant, good food, friendly staff and enough parking. A bit more expensive, but value for money. The dinner was very good.

In my opinion, not worth the price. The dishes were served elaborately, but they lack layers of flavours that I was expecting. They have nice decorations for Christmas, and the ambience is unique.

Absolutely magical, tasty food and drinks. High quality and great price. Loved the view of the rice fields and the walk down to the river view restaurant. So many options!

Calling Tembaga only a restaurant is an understatement. This is an experience in itself. Being able to eat in an open restaurant made from bambus that overlooks the jungle, between palm trees, is extraordinary! The attention to detail, the aesthetics, the unique food and drinks, amazing service. Truly the most luxurious and authentic combination you could get in Bali, possibly in the world.

Wow – what an unexpected gem! Tembaga is truly one of Ubud’s hidden treasures. The flavors are incredible, and the menu offers a delightful mix of dishes that are both creative and memorable. Every meal we tried exceeded our expectations. A little recommendation: don’t miss out on their sambals! They’re tailored to your spice level and add an extra layer of flavor to any dish. If you’re in Bali, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

The Tembaga Restaurant is a well designed restaurant with date night vibes which doesn’t just serve amazing dishes but offers a true dining experience. We loved trying out all the unique dishes on the menu and seeing the ingredients that went into each meal. Located at the Bamboo Indah hotel the Tembaga restaurant is a lovely Indonesian home style restaurant serving up a mix of local cuisine! The restaurant is cosy and the impressive main dining table is great if you are a larger group of friends! Overall the food is very tasty and served up with a smile from the friendly staff!! The menu features a wide selection of mainly locally inspired dishes and is served out of the beautiful open kitchen! Arrive before so you can enjoy the property and the views of the river and valley of Sayan!

I belive this is one the best place in Ubud... We spent our time for lunching but something went wrong about service, we have been waiting long time for food but the food was excellent... We will be back

Amazing restaurant 😍 Been there twice in my 2 nights stay, the food is mainly Indonesian food with a twist, and there are plenty of vegan choice as well. I’m not close to vegan but the vegetarian food is amazingly, definitely try the avocado starter also the soups are amazing, one of the best mushroom soup I have ever hade cuz the mushroom is grilled on open charcoal flame. The Nasi and Rendang is a must if you love rice dish and want to try Indonesian classics. The desserts are great as well, I absolutely love the apple tarts. Only dish could improve is mushroom ceviche, could be less sour since there is no fat in it to balance the sour flavor

Tasty food, signature cocktails and delicious snacks! Loved the vibe, the restrooms are fun! Definitely recommend to visit when in Ubud. Staff is great too!

I always love being seated at the long table as we have had large group dinners which was designed for John Hardy and having all the fresh vegetables as part of the decor is beautiful while dining after sunset. The fried bitter gourd starter is so addicting I can devour it all myself and not want to share! This time I ordered new dishes I had not tried previously. The Grandma's soup was a hug in a bowl, simple ingredients but comforting even when you are not feeling well. The catch of the day was a decent portion with a delicious sambal dabu-dabu that went well. If you enjoy more of a kick, you can always order the sambal platter and have that with the fish too. My friend had the delicious gnocchi and fried mycelium, bone marrow and local avocado. Of course I stole a bite :) The ambience is always serene and make sure to grab sunset drinks at the sunset bar further beyond the pool, as the vibe there has always been quite romantic even with an event going on. Probably my most favourite spot at Bambu Indah. Definitely make sure you go to the bathrooms underground - quite a hilarious experience for some and never fails to entertain :)

The food was lovely and really tasty and the service was great. The staff are friendly and warm. The scenery was stunning.

Went here as my wife had seen thr bamboo elevator on Instagram and so we had to go there. Watch the sunset at the bar and followed on to the restaurant. I have to say wow! The food was amazing coming from london and having access to so many fine dining places which I have to say that this food surpasses most high end london restaurants. I'm not really into the whole fancy dining as it's generally disappointing but not tembaga. The food here is amazing and for the price it's really good value for money!!!! I would probably say they need to charge a little more!!! I will be recommending it to everyone I know!
