Used for annual boiler service, this is the second year we’ve used them now. Service easily arranged by Andrew. Patrick turned up on time and was very friendly and courteous. Will happily use again. Patrick was happy to answer the couple of questions we had with no issues. Update for 2024 this is the third year of using them now, easy to deal with and again prompt and reliable.

Absolutely amazing service. Couldn’t recommend high enough. I had no hot water, no heating and previously told I’d need a new boiler which is costly so I was extremely stressed. They came quickly, were extremely friendly and professional and put my worries at ease. Fixed my hot water and all I needed was a new thermostat which they sorted for me. I will definitely be using them for future work. Cant thank them enough.

Called needing a plumber to sort a boiler that had a fault. Super prompt and brilliant service. Had tried 4 plumbers prior including a national chain that just messed me around. The boss listened, told me one of his plumbers would come and see the issue. He was there within 90 mins. Super nice, reassuring and sorted it. Could’t recommend them highly enough.

Andrew helped us with a small house we are renovating. Firstly, he fitted a new hot-water system for us since the last one was from the dark ages. We discussed the bathroom, really dated but so small it was difficult to imagine what could be done with it. Andrew suggested making it a shower only and fitting a combination toilet sink and repositioning the room to create more space. Andrew shared photos of some of his previous work which all looked great and estimated a price which was very competitive so we agreed and pretty much left the design to him. Communication was great and Andrew started within a couple weeks, working with his team on their own with a key to come and go since the place was unoccupied. We could not be happier with the finished result and never imagined our tiny bathroom could look so nice. Shower pressure is amazing thanks to the new hot water system and the attention to detail is superb. In a world of cowboy builders, it is refreshing to know that you can still find reliable, honest and professional tradesman like Andrew. Highly recommended.

Had 2 boilers serviced today. Easy and quick booking. The engineer was prompt, thorough and quick. A pleasant chap. All done and dusted in a couple of hours. Great service.

They moved their schedule to get to us the same day, sorted the problem and all done so professionally and with great service.
