Can’t recommend The Barn enough! I contacted them on Wednesday at around 2pm to ask how long it would take to process an order as I needed items quickly, and very impressively the order arrived less than 24 hours later. What phenomenal customer service. Not only that, all the products were packaged with so much care and the quality is fantastic. Can’t wait to order more! Thank you so much.

I started ordering from Barn Florists a few months ago for my business - Ollie & Ivy Flowers - and I have not been disappointed. The range of stock is excellent and delivery has always been swift. We opened our new atelier in Edinburgh six months ago and we regularly receive compliments on the quality and variety of our dried flowers on display. Would recommend Barn Florists for their contemporary and natural stems.

Flowers never in very good condition when they arrive and where a certain type of flower isn't in stock you will be sent a replacement without being told - I have ended up with £50 worth of flowers I cannot use as the replacement I was sent was nothing like what I ordered. Staff not very helpful, I was ignored when I got in touch, having been told someone will get back to me.

We are really sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service, we were extremely pushed during the period of time when you were buying from us. The height of lockdown meant many people were using us when other flower suppliers shut down. It's a shame you didn't give us more time to source your flowers as per the recommendations on our site, it is our policy to substitute rather than leave you with no flowers in the event of availability issues. We were very grateful to our customers for their patience and understanding as we struggled to keep up with administration. We are now getting back on track with our normal business and hope to avoid similar situations like this in future.
Once again, we are sorry you were disappointed, we do try our very hardest to get things right.
