Kim Brooks is one of the most amazing people I have met in my life. She persevered with my husband and myself for 3+ years, throughout the pandemic and all the ups and downs in our lives, not resting until she had helped us buy our condo in Naples. Her determination, grit, and willingness to do anything for us, even on her own time, along with her bubbly personality, has made her not only our favorite Florida realtor, but a cherished new friend as well. As retired teachers, we did not have a lot of money to spend in this upscale area, but we had a dream, and Kim made it come true. All along the way, she has referred us to anyone whose help we required, especially while still living in Missouri and not knowing anyone in the area.
