I knew the importance of estate planning and having all my assets in a trust. I was searching for an estate attorney on line preferably near my home in Cumming. Fortunately I found Bascom Law right here in Cumming. Brad Bascom led me through the process of setting up my trust. It was obvious from the get go Brad is very knowledgeable in elder law and estate planning. He very carefully explained the process to me and has been available to me whenever I had any questions or whenever I needed to make a change in my trust. I highly recommend everyone to make sure their assets are set up in a trust to ensure that upon their death any assets are distributed as they wish. I highly recommend Bascom Law for all estate planning needs.

Waited until i was 62 to do this. Huge mistake. Get your estate planning done early. When you do start to look for help. This is the place. BASCOM law handled everything for me.
