I have a close family member that needed psychiatric care. Never having to deal with this in the past; this was uncharted territory for our family. I reached out to Dr. Basu not knowing exactly what our family member needed for help. Dr. Basu was extremely kind, knowledgeable and understanding when handling our family member’s medical situation. Tushar, Dr. Basu’s Medical Assistant, was very helpful with the new patient on-boarding process. Tushar was always available for questions and made it very easy to schedule our first appointment with Dr. Basu. Our family has been through a lot but I feel incredibly supported by Dr. Basu and her team. I am very grateful to Dr. Basu. I am also confident that Dr. Basu will provide the highest level of care to ensure that my family member achieves the best possible outcome.

Dr. Basu's office immediately contacted me when I reached out to them. I was asked to complete an intake form, once that was completed, an online appt was set up for me. Since, I have been seeing Dr. Basu and have no intention of ever ceasing to see her. Her knowledged is outstanding and current. I highly recommend her to any patient in search of a psychiatrist.

I've only worked with Dr. Basu for a couple of months, but she is one of the most wonderful health professionals I've ever had to work with. She is professional but still warm, kind, and understanding. It's clear she wants to make sure you work together to find the best solution for your needs.
Logistically, she and her administrative staff are also wonderful. I was referred by my sister and I had an appointment the next week (opposed to the 1.5 months I had to wait at a local hospital). They always communicate promptly and ensure you have what you need (including following up with a pharmacy on a holiday - New Years Day!).
