Our bathroom was transformed by this amazing company. First impressions of the showroom were impressive. Steve from the King's Lynn store offered me endless possibilities and options. I was particularly impressed with his in depth knowledge of each product and how it would work for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he kept me regularly informed as to start date and product availability. I also spoke to Kim from the Thetford store who again was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me valuable advice. Lewis, Project Manager, visited several times throughout the works to check on progress. He explained each process to me and checked I was happy with each stage. The service and workmanship we received was simply outstanding. Our bathroom fitter was Ollie. From day one of the project he kept me informed step by step of his work. The standard of his work was the one thing that really shone through, together with his professionalism and attention to detail. He worked tirelessly to create our dream bathroom and is by far the best tradesman I have ever come across. This company operate as 'a family' there is a very close knit relationship with all staff. In my experience this is the most reliable bathroom company in the area. They arrive when they say they will. They communicate fully at every stage. The customer service was amazing without being pushy. This company literally could not have done more to help me. This was not only a general bathroom refit but it was to include a disabled member of the family. The final outcome was mind blowing and beyond anything we could have wished for. A massive thank you to all of you who made this possible. I can highly recommend THE BATHROOM PLACE to anyone looking for quality service from start to finish. I would not recommend this Company. Their brochures about project management are a work of fiction. Shouldn't you see the project manager before the installation starts to discuss the finer points? No contact from anyone before fitter turned up and started ripping out bathroom. Thankfully we had a look at tiling whilst he was having a lunch break only to find the grout that had been applied was white - should have been grey! Thankfully he was not too far along to rectify. Skip didn't turn up for 2 days - old bathroom sitting on my front lawn and we had to chase this up ourselves and again for it to be picked up. Electrical switches were badly installed and had to be rectified later - again, did not discuss with us before the bodge job. Sink leaked as split was covered up with mastic. Fitter had to come out 3 times to sort out bathroom tap - first one faulty, second one badly installed. Post installation service/ warranty is poor - the excuses from this Company are that they are small and need to cover their costs when employing outside plumbers and charging excessively for call-out. We have another bathroom to change but would absolutely not be choosing this Company.

Our experience with The Bathroom Place has been outstanding from the girls answering the phone to Steve in the showroom and Lewis who was our Project Manager who came and gave us great advice and a superb planning experience and kept in touch via phone and visits throughout the whole installation. The fitter, Olly, has done a beautiful job - very friendly and extremely hardworking! The electrician and plasterers were friendly and efficient. We had a slight glitch with our flooring but Steve and Lewis were onto this straight away and the problem was quickly resolved with more excellent service from JJ the flooring fitter. Overall, completely satisfied with the service and professionalism we have received and would thoroughly recommend this company.

My experience with this company was excellent,my fitters Greg &Kev gave100 percent to their work which really impressed me. all staff including Steve and Lewis I found very friendly & easy to relate to.I highly recommend this company for work satisfaction.My bathroom is lovely,I am so happy with it.A big thankyou to all involved. V good experience overall. Steve in showroom was very helpful. Dimitri who fitted was a very hard worker and did a great job. Everyone else I dealt with was friendly and helpful. A couple of issues were dealt with promptly and with no problems. If I had a small concern (and this is only with hindsight), a more itemised quote could have been helpful.

Steve, at The Bathroom Place, King's Lynn gave us an efficient and instructive service in helping us to redesign our bathroom and ensuite shower room. We would highly recommend him.

What an amazing company and group of people. On time (in fact a week early), on budget and absolutely no issues whatsoever. And this was a big, four bathroom, job. From Steven who handled the initial enquiry, to Lewis who lead the design and project, to Lewis and Dean the fitters who were absolutely superb. Ordering our new shower room was a joy despite the expenses we were racking up in our choices. We just kept spotting new ways to create what had always been our dream shower room starting with largest shower tray we could have fitted, a shower that doused us in rain, a shower seat that folded up and out of the way, panels that enrobed the wall from floor to ceiling, before we moved on to a functional basin with drawers below, a svelte toilet and big cupboard that used up remaining space. We sourced a brilliant light up mirror that included an LED clock, defogging facility and a shaving / electric toothbrush point all for £130 online from The Range. Our fitter Darren arrived followed closely by a Hippo Bag and hey presto, one day later our old tired shower room was gone. Just over 2 weeks later after a clean installment our dream was fulfilled. A brilliant installation with inputment from Lewis which included checking that all was working ok a couple of days later and we were luxuriating under our rain shower. The Bathroom Place were an excellent service provider, friendly, adaptable, always happy to answer our questions or respond to our requests, changes or queries. The installation was faultless and we love all the products each and everyday. A massive thank you to the team xx

Our second bathroom refit has recently been completed and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The service from the team at the bathroom company’s Kings lynn branch has been excellent with Steve in the office maintaining regular contact to ensure things were running smoothly. Would highly recommended.

Just had to let you know that after two negative attitudes at competitors what a pleasure it was to come into a well laid out show room with almost every thing on display and get the very best attention from Phillipa who was very helpful, with good product knowledge and helpful suggestions on how we could improve our bathroom design. Nothing was to much trouble for her and needless to say we came away with the bathroom we had been looking for at a very reasonable price. Thank you Phillipa and the Bath Co.

Just had my en-suite completely renovated and modernised by the team at the Bathroom Place. Many thanks to Lewis the project manager, Steven in the showroom and particularly Andy and Jason the fitters with help from Des the electrician. They have made a wonderful job of designing and installing our dream en-suite and were a pleasure to work with.

Our new bathroom is beautiful! From start to finish, and along the way The Bathroom Place were attentive and helpful. Steven was fantastic in helping make our furniture choices and maintained communication throughout the project. When it came to the build, Lewis and the build team were excellent. They ensured any issues faced where managed professionally and with a minimum of fuss. As a team The Bathroom Place were flexible and responsive to our needs and I have really appreciated all that they have achieved. I would highly recommend the team at The Bathroom Place! Thank you!

Fantastic new bathroom, from explaining my ideas which they totally understood to adding their design input to ease of fitting everything went well. A special mention to Lee and Dean the fitters who went above and beyond and completed the work on time in fact sooner than I expected which is a first for any work I have had done to my home. A small problem with the toilet which we told the project manager about and that has been rectified quickly. All in all I recommend The Bathroom Place.

I’ve had several bathrooms and en-suites done through The Bathroom Place. Lewis listened to my brief and designed each room to the specifications we discussed. Steven Route was excellent at the actual showroom and helped me select various tiles etc. The selection available was vast. Steve Ashby was an excellent fitter and I can’t fault the four bathroom projects that have been completed. I’d 100% recommend them.

I would recommend The Bathroom Place. All the team from the Steven Rout, the sales and design consutant, to the fitters were very efficient and I am very pleased with my new bathroom.

We got The Bathroom Place to replace an existing and rather tired wet room with a new fully-tiled shower room plus underfloor heating, and couldn’t be happier with the result. Every interaction with the staff was excellent: Steve was brilliant in taking me through the available choices, Lewis was very proactive in ensuring everything ran to plan and that I was happy with progress, and Andy and Jason who did the actual work couldn’t have been more professional. We now have a smart, comfortable shower room and toilet that are a pleasure to use.

Very professional, helpful, polite and always trying to go the extra mile. I would thoroughly recommend this place to anybody who wants a great job done without any worries.

Very happy with the installation and quality of the refurbishment. Extra care was taken to fit in with the rest of the bathroom. Everything was cleared away and after care was fantastic.
