I bought a z grill directly from z grill and the lid didn’t fit up properly. I contacted z grill they shipped me a new lid and it didn’t fit any better. I met the people from BBQ grill people and explain the problem and couldn’t get any good resolution from Z grill. They understood my issue and said they would try to help me out. They also couldn’t get a real resolution from Z grill. So they got them to replace my grill with a up graded grill for at no cost. They assemble the grill and delivered it to me. When it showed up, apparently the grill got damaged in transit. I call them and they completely replaced that grill also. Talk about someone going way above the call to satisfy someone. They didn’t sale me my grill to begin with, but helped me get my issue resolved. Big thanks to BBQ grill people for going way above and beyond the job.

Mike was absolutely amazing. We came in today with a pre-existing design we had from our pool builder and equipment already selected/recommended for an outdoor kitchen. We came in to look at grills to add onto our design. After talking with Mike and his team, we left today with a completely new design, better equipment and outdoor appliances we feel much more comfortable with that is going to make our kitchen look amazing and stand the test of time. He was knowledgeable, took his time with us and extremely honest on what was worth spending the dollars on vs what he wouldn’t recommend. He even offered to come over to our house to teach us how to use our new pellet grill once it is installed. Would recommend them to anyone considering having any outdoor kitchen installed. Guys are truly trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and very competitive and fair with their pricing. Can’t wait to get our items installed.

The folks here are as friendly and helpful as you could ask for. Spent over a half hour just talking about outdoor kitchen options, will be working with them to finally get a cooking space on our patio. Highly recommend these knowledgeable and professional folks.

Great place! I wandered in there yesterday to see what they had for seasonings. They had exactly what I wanted. The owner had me sample other seasonings, recommended some for different meats. We stopped by this place today to see what all they had and this place is amazing! They have all kinds of grills, utensils, lots of seasoning options and more pellets than any other store CHEAP. The owner is very knowledgeable and we were greeted with the best customer service. We will only shop here from now on.
