I have left voicemail messages, sent texts and posted on Shannon's website for him to be the go-to handyman for our complex of units. To date I have heard nothing. Obviously he has enough work. If this is how he communicates with clients, then we will leave it and find someone else. Terrible communication.

I asked Shannon to do some jobs I've been wanting done for years and the emergency ones to stop my deck from collapsing and my dog escaping. Shannon was on time, professional, friendly and well priced. The work is great and looks fantastic and I'll be asking him to come back and do more work as it comes up.
