I have had the pleasure of Christian Rush being my agent for many years now. She has always be very professional and prompt, always finding myself and my husband the best, most affordable policies that are right for us. Her customer service skills are beyond average, continuously being on call every single time I have needed her. Whether it be a simple payment or help with her knowledge of a policy, she is always just a call away. I highly recommend Christian for all your insurance needs. With her comes loyalty and tons of satisfaction, not having to worry about 1 less thing for a super busy family.

I have been associated with Beard Insurance for over five years. Each professional insurance consultant is always helpful and provides the needed resources. There is one Insurance Consultant that I often spoke with that is always friendly, takes time with completing all of my transactions, and helps me to decide my best insurance needs. That is Sue. Whenever I ask for her, sue will often make sure that she is the one to call me back, or not have me on hold for along time, and will copy any transactions per my request with an email. I first met Sue when arriving from another state, and needed the requirements for transferring car insurance, and explaining what is property tax. I am now living in a different part of the NC. My husband and I have been with Beard since 2013 for auto insurance. We have had great service, very professional but not "stuffy". We had a situation for a few years where there we three clients that had the same name as my husband. Beard was very thorough to make sure they were serving the right client. Our newest Independent Agent at Beard is Jennifer Honeycutt. We really are comfortable with her and even have some fun on our service visits with her. Highly recommend her as an Agent. Elaine W.

This insurance company is something else. I was in a car accident a few years ago and they found nobody at fault because there was no witnesses. Yet they paid on the other individual and nothing was ever paid on my part from them or the other insurance company from the other drivers insurance. Why would you want to pay out to the other driver and nobody was found at fault.

Came in today got help from India and she was very helpful and on top of all my questions and she also some saved me some money. Great place to come.

Beard Insurance Agency is WONDERFUL. I was in an accident and the other party was clearly at fault. Their insurance kept giving me issues about not reimbursing me for the rental that I paid out of pocket and not wanting to pay me for my pain and suffering. I called the office and they went to bat for me and my case immediately. If you are looking for a GREAT agency, call them.
