Took a little bit of self care this week & I'd just like to thank Joanna for a great Kobido massage. I’ve come away feeling amazing. If you're looking for a massage that hits all the right spots, she’s your girl, and Beauty Boudoir is the place to go.
Joanna is so friendly & welcoming, she knows her stuff and is very passionate about what she does. I totally trust her expertise, and she has given me some valuable advice on skincare . She even threw in a bonus treatment at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated, and I could see the effect it had on my skin right away!!!
Overall, great place, professional and knowledgeable beautician using the best products in a beautifully decorated and relaxing environment. Prices are very reasonable, and there are some great offers available too 😀.
Highly recommended, I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!!!

Joanno was amazing - as soon as I walked into her salon she looked at my skin and was able to advise exactly what I needed, and even added on an extra treatment that I hadn’t booked in for. It was my first hydrafacial and Joanno talked me through everything she was doing throughout the whole treatment. My skin is so soft and glowing afterwards! She has done wonders with my spots/acne after just one treatment. 10/10 reccomend

I have had 3 facial treatments with Joanna so far and had an amazing experience.
I’ve purchased hydrafacial 3 for 2 package but every time treatments varied. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. My skin felt plump, fresh and glowing afterwards. Her salon is very modern, comfortable and clean, which is very important for me.
Joanna is a real professional, very knowledgeable about the products and treatments she offers. She gives recommendations based on skin condition.
A lovely person who makes you feel welcome :) Amazing service, highly recommend it.

Visiting Bournemouth and found this fantastic Spa. I had the hot stones massage and acupressure foot massage. Jo made me feel so relaxed throughout, very knowledgeable about the products and therapies. Everything seemed so personable which made it feel bespoke to my needs and nothing seemed too much hassle. Will definitely visit again! Totally recommended!!

Joanna is the best of the best :) Honestly. She does her magic with my face every appointment. I have first met Joanna in September 2023 and since then I haven't been wearing make up (I am 35 and let's say I am not gonna get any younger). She helped me get rid of acne and reduce my wrinkles.
Joanna is real professional. I love her approach and the way how she makes me feel comfortable every appointment. She is an angel ❤️

I make sure I see Joanna whenever I’m in Bournemouth. She is amazing and truly a gem of a person. She is so skilled at facial care and knows everything about skincare and beauty. I go to Joanna for a hydrafacial once a month and Kobido weekly when I’m in town. I only trust her with my skincare. Bournemouth has no idea how lucky they are to have such a highly trained and passionate aesthetician in their presence. She’s absolutely excellent. She often has wonderful deals on Booksy. I highly recommend seeing her for maintenance as her Kobido work is life changing.
