The Beck family and their company is wonderful. We have had their service for almost 4 years and never a complaint. They also are a very generous donor to the local community. Highly recommended

On 03/12/2024 our vehicle broke down on Rt. 20 just outside of Monroeville. Happened to break down in front of a home next to the Tusing Roofing Company, which so happened to be employed by Beck Suppliers and had a Beck Supplier passenger truck parked in front of the garage. We pulled into the residents driveway with the Beck truck in it due to being on busy route 20 didn't want to risk being hit. Walked up to the home and explained the situation and asked the resident if it would be ok the leave the vehicle there until tomorrow afternoon when I family member could come tow it. The gentleman said yeah not a problem. This all happened around 5:30 p/m on 3/12 and a family member with a dash cam shows the arrival time of us being picked up and then again us being dropped off the following day. Which the next day at 4pm we arrive with the tow truck to get the vehicle just to find that the same resident that approved it to be there until the following afternoon had already towed it. Lied to the tow company stating vehicle has been there over 24 hrs which was proved wrong with dash cam videos. This was stated in a letter from the tow company. They had it towed to a company clear near Cleveland. Reason to believe the resident has family that run the tow business. Resulting in a bunch of fees that cannot be paid as the person is on disability and has a disabled child themselves. Its nearly two months later and they still do not have their vehicle due to all the fees adding up daily. They have enough money coming in to just survive and now they will NEVER be getting their vehicle back and have missed numerous cancer appointments for her fiance and other appointments for their autistic daughter. I normally don't post things like this but the way this was handled and unfortunately since he has the company vehicle he takes home everyday (we pass by daily) he is representing your company. To have an employee that dishonest and heartless is not a good look and unfortunately will keep us away. P.S. it's not like it was hurting anything sitting there for a bit, the house is messy and all. He's what's wrong with this world today.

Recently got a postcard they are switching me to will call which is fine because they are filling my tank at the wrong time anyway I would like to be filled up in July when the price is lower.The comment on the card tells me if I do not purchase fuel from them by February they will have to come out and do a leak test before I will be able to buy from them again, this does not make sense if the volume of the tank is not going down fast enough for them why would they assume that they would need a leak test this tells me some of the comments that I've seen that they are only interested in the money may be true. I remember a previous propane company that would create an outdoor leak in order to sell more propane this does not make sense. I have been a customer of theirs for 26 years and this is how I am treated for my loyalty. Fortunately there are other companies that are willing to sell me propane

If less stars were an option they would get less. Not here for the community, only their hard earned money

Awsome service, they were swamped with work after the cold snap that we had at Christmas. Still were able to service our home in a timely manner. Outstanding!

Just want to give a good review. My grandparents use this company. She called today friday Dec 23rd. The weather is the worst it has been in years. Her furnace was not staying on. The guys came out and worked on the outside tank to fix the issue. I will forever be grateful. She is now safe and warm

Quality Service, Salesman Justin is the great to work with and is very personable, professional, and polite.

I have a very mixed review on this. my sales man Justin trapp was AMAZING! goes above what's needed.. However there is a bad side to this. MIKE TAYLOR who works inside is very disrespectful on the phone, rude and doesn't know how to handle customers. very poor at his job. If it wasn't for my sales man Justin. I would be going else where.

I recently had a new Beck propane tank installed by Todd & Nick. I already had one tank and this 2nd tank is for back up heat if needed. Both service technicians were polite, called in advance and used good safety and installed tank. They tested the auxiliary heat source to see all was in good working condition. I was extremely satisfied. Thank you!

The people at the state street friendship are the rudest people you will meet!!!
