Great service ! - the quote was emailed within minutes of enquiring re purchase of a double bed base and mattress for my guest room. Decided on the Padley pocket firm as very happy with my first purchase of queen size bed. Highly recommend this bed store as sales assistant very helpful ,good product knowledge

Having just bought a new queen size bed and mattress from Margaret in the Pinelands branch, I must just say that the service we received was incredible! The special offer included two pillows and a mattress cover. Unfortunately the cover was out of stock at the factory when they delivered so I contacted Margaret and she very kindly delivered a cover to our house this morning! Now that is service for you! Thank you Margaret!!!

My husband and I have just enjoyed yet another excellent shopping experience at Beds From Home in Pinelands. Margaret, who manages the store so competently, is a fantastic Ambassador for the company. Our family first discovered this tucked away little gem of a store at Sunrise Circle about 10 years ago. It suits us Seniors perfectly.It's easy to reach, there is secure, free parking right outside the shop and Best of all, we encountered Margaret! Over the years various family members of ours have now bought 4 beds from this branch thanks to her helpful guidance and they have all been highly satisfied. Margaret is knowledgeable about all the products and she is friendly, helpful and patient. In the bright, airy showroom you are able to try out all the beds on offer, with Margaret gently guiding you round the floor and providing sound advice and helpful tips.We were impressed by her calm, unruffled, courteous manner even when the telephone was ringing and she was showing folk around the showroom and answering their questions.Thank you so much for the efficient way you followed up on the delivery details and to Kim at the Parow factory who took the trouble to inform us about traffic congestion which might delay delivery.A special late evening thank you to the two cheerful, strong, hard working gentlemen, Vester and Asu, who delivered our new double bed after dark last evening, after a long tiring day with traffic challenges.We saw great Team Work in action as we dealt with this fine firm and where nothing seemed too much trouble for Margaret. My kids and I dealt with Margaret at the Pinelands branch on a Sunday a few weeks ago. She was most accommodating with showing us the different options and advising what could work best for my sun - and advising us about the extra length option. More so though, when I called back afterwards on the same day, she was willing to wait for us till after trading hours to accommodate us if we needed to test it again or buy the mattress - and this on a Sunday morning! We did end up buying one from her that Sunday morning....and it was delivered the next morning! Wow!

I've a long 12-yr journey with Beds from Home. This week bought my THIRD bed at Pinelands store. And each time, Margaret has been my excellent sales lady adviser. Goes to the nth degree to accommodate your requirements. Namely, 3 low profile beds (that's a half-height base) for short people. I love them! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Margaret!

Bed after bed I have never been disappointed. I save up to buy a matress from your branch even though I no longer live in Pinelands. The staff in Pinelands are so friendly and knowledgeable and I love every matress I have purchased for my family and I. Thank you thank you!!!

I was drawn to Beds from Home because they are a local family run business. When I found my perfect king size bed there I just fell in love! I bought my first bed from them in 2012 and I’m still in love with it! I hate traveling because I miss my bed! I found the store staff incredibly helpful - they even recommend a retailer for my linen. I bought another two beds from them in 2019 and would prefer to keep buying my beds from them as long as I can - although they last so well I may outlive them!

2. Purchased another bed and once again the professionalism and customer service exceeded all my expectations. Margaret went above and beyond to make the whole experience of purchasing a bed from Beds From Home easy and hassle free. Amazing after sales service from Margaret to ensure my new bed was delivered timeously and the old bed removed same day by a reliable third party. Friendly call from Kim (Dispatch Manager) ahead of time to check that I was ready for the new bed delivery and the friendly capable delivery team arrived shortly thereafter. Wholeheartedly recommend Beds From Home - Pinelands. 1. We went into the Pinelands branch on a Friday late afternoon and was attended to by Margaret. She was friendly and professional throughout the whole process of selecting and purchasing a bed for my elderly mother. This particular bed style was not readily available at the factory as it was out of stock. But no worries as Margaret left no stone unturned to get things done as agreed upon. Monday morning (next work day for the factory) the bed was built by a willing factory crew and was delivered that same afternoon by a patient team who had to wait for clearance to enter the premises. We experienced remarkable after sales service from Margaret.

They were very able and willing to help. But also gave us time to try out the different Mattresses after we were advised on which would work well for our specific circumstances.
