Very impressed with the service. Greg did some adjustments and was very helpful. If your hearing sucks, these guys are great.

My experience with Beltone and my representative Greg Critchley has be very successful. Greg identified my high end hearing loss and was able to articulate benefits of the Beltone products for me. The acclimation process has been very smooth and all my questions and assistance with the mobile app etc. have been serviced extremely professionally . After wearing my new hearing aids for a little over a month I am very please with both the product and service. I would recommend Beltone and Greg to anyone who may be experiencing loss or hearing challenges. Please feel free to use me as a reference or testimonial. FRED WARREN

Wade was the absolute BEST!!! He jumped through hoops to get me the hearing aids that work the best for me. Wade never gave up on finding the best option for my specific hearing issues. He explained how hearing works better than anyone else ever has, and I've been mostly deaf all my life. I had another brand that I thought were good, but Wade introduced me to the Beltone Brand and they are nothing short of Phenomenal! I am deaf from a birth defect, so between the Beltone technology and Wade's perseverance, I am hearing like never before in my 54 years on this earth. Thank You Wade, and Thank You Beltone. You've literally changed my life!!!

I recommend Beltone in Bluffton if you are in need of hearing test or hearing aids. They are a very friendly and caring people. Doug is very professional and knowledgeable. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. I have had nothing but good visits and my hearing need were taken off They are highly recommended.
