Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff.

My hearing is greatly improved with my hearing aids with the help of Sarah. Sarah & Janice are a great team! Always personable & helpful from answering the phone to working with me to adjust my hearing aids for better clarity.

ALL info was given to Belltone in the beginning of September for my husband's hearing aids. Week after week he was given the run around about why that hadn't come in. After cpl months, Belltone then asked for all his info again as they still had not been ordered. After promise After promise (and 4 months later) still...hearing aids had not been ordered. He was being told it was an insurance issue. I contacted his insurance who stated they were approved and he should have them already. I contacted corporate to make a complaint. Later that day, an appointment was made for him to get his hearing aids.

I love this place. They are super friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them.
