They have been amazing!! Came round checked out our trees, gave some advice, options and guidance. We made a decision and Lawrence and Madelaine were super patient! Eventually got the permission, got the power agreed to be turned off (2nd time lucky!) and the trees were cut in accordance with the right season. Will definitely be using them again for future tree requirements!

Lawrence and his team are always fantastic, we have had them in to do things on three separate occasions, in all sorts of weather, and they are wonderful- friendly, tidy, knowledgable and reliable. All the work (tree crown reduction, hedge trimming) has been carried out with skill and expertise, and looks great. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the whole process of dealing with Bencombe Tree Care from the first enquiry to the end result. We needed a large tree reduced in size in a area that was not easily accessible. Lawrence and his team also sorted out the permission we needed from the council as the tree was in a conservation area. The work was done well and Lawrence and Tom left the place neat and tidy. Very highly recommended. We've had around 10 trees managed by Lawrence and Tom so far, including crown reduction, lifting, thinning and felling. Each and every time they do a fantastic job, along with excellent communications, timely arrival, and everything left tidy afterwards. Will definitely be using again and would recommend with gusto.

Could not have asked for a better service. The team at Bencombe are impressively efficient, taking 6 very tall conifers out of my garden in 2 days. Despite the very hard work in hot weather, Lawrence and his team were a joy to be around and clearly care deeply about their work. He knows so much about trees and their care, he was so conscientious in his approach and gave me a lot of advice on how to support the garden to flourish and grow. I will definitely be using Bencombe again in future.

Bencombe Tree Care undertook a survey of our older established fruit trees in our orchard to ensure they were safe. Lawrence and his team then pruned the trees back allowing them to produce an abundance of fruit for us. They were very professional to deal with and left the orchard very tidy. We highly recommend them to our friends and family and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
