First used Bennett Heating 3 years ago when we needed a new central heating system. Karl and his team did an excellent job. Since then he has carried out the maintenance annually and has also carried out other plumbing tasks for us. His work is of a consistently high standard at sensible cost. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

This company offers a 5 star service. From the outset of making contact with this company through to the completion of the installation of the new boiler, this company has the customer's interest at the forefront of all that takes place. I found Karl an exceptional individual who was just so happy to help. The two individuals who came to do the work were also very happy to please. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this company for any plumbing work that needs to be carried out. Brilliant service yet again from Karl and all The team at Bennett Heating NW. I had my boiler replaced last year and signed up for the annual boiler service and pay monthly for this. I got a reminder message to get the boiler service booked in and it was set up in a few days time. As previously the engineer was punctual, friendly and helpful and the work was carried out really well. I would highly recommend Karl and the team for any plumbing work you have.

I have used Bennet Heating 2 times over the last couple of months for a number of services, replacing radiators, shower valve, expansion vessel, mixer tap and boiler service. Response was quick, all works completed to a very high standard and in a timely manner. Give them a try and see for yourself!

I got a competitive quote and a new boiler installed within a fortnight. Karl Bennett provided a prompt quote and organised the timely installation. The installation went well and the 2 engineers Brad and Gil had all of the work completed to a high standard within the day. Karl followed up with a call to ensure that all went well. Very Satisfied.

Our boiler broke recently and this week Bennett Heating replaced our boiler and Boilermate thermal store, with much better items and relocated the boiler from the utility room to the garage. The whole service from start to finish has been excellent from Bennett Heating and we would highly recommend them. Karl came out extremely promptly to discuss our requirements/guide us and then subsequently provided us with a quotation. The installation/quality of the work is excellent and the job was done extremely efficiently/quickly, with us not feeling inconvenienced in any way. Karl, Gil and Brad were extremely friendly, helpful, approachable, responsive, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around. We had total confidence in them. They worked really hard to get the job done as soon as they could, but making sure it was done really well and we are very happy with the new items, which are working perfectly. They also needed to brick up a hole where a flu from the previous boiler had been and took great care to find perfectly matching bricks. We are so pleased we went ahead with this company instead of one of the others we had received quotes from, as the others did not inspire the confidence that Bennett Heating did, for various reasons.

Just had new oil boiler fitted by Bennett heating, they arrived on the day they said they would. Did a great job cleaned up when finished very professional and polite will be having them service our boiler from now on, would highly recommend

Karl and Gil replaced our old radiators with new ones. Arrived as arranged, did an excellent neat job, took away the old radiators and any other rubbish and left our house as tidy as when they arrived. The next week our electric shower needed replacing. I rang him Monday morning and by 10am the next day a new one had been installed. Highly recommended.

Rang for quote on a replacement combi boiler, came the same day, fitted three days later. Alan, and luke, who installed , very polite and professional. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend.

Called Karl on the off chance as I had a leak through the ceiling in my lounge, gave me a time when he’d arrive, then proceeded to resolve my problem and set my system up again. Very knowledgeable, explained everything very well, quality of work first class, treated our home with respect. Would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

Within two days the team managed to remove our old boiler, tanks in the loft and cistern, install a Worcester combi boiler and fit 5 radiators. They were a great bunch of lads, polite, friendly and hard working. They cleared up the inevitable mess and left us very satisfied indeed.

Five Star Review, ten star more like. These days it's with trepidation that you allow workmen into your home, knowing what needs to be accomplished, absolutely no need to worry with Bennett Heating NW. Everything was just perfect, from the initial contact from Karl, great to have somebody who looks at what you need doing and doesn't either start muttering or saying something like, "Going to cost you". To me it was a big job, new boiler, 4 radiators replaced, one relocated together with a new pump. Just over one day it took, an incredible team, cohesive, knowledgable, friendly, polite. I was assured that they would be here for 8.00am, Karl was unloading the van at 7.50am. They are exemplary workers, and lovely people too, and they cleaned everything up, all the waste products were removed. Great to have answers to questions, nothing is too much trouble, they found issues with our system and rectified them, improving the efficiency, checking and re-checking. I know this review sounds a bit over the top but honestly they have left a lasting impression, it's a pity others can't emulate them, outstanding in every way. Thank You. Karl, Alan, Gil, Brad, Luke

We have just had our central heating upgraded by Bennett Heating.The whole process took just two days, and we were most impressed by the dedication and hard work of Karl and his team. They arrived on time, were unfailingly polite and cheerful, tidied up after themselves, and kept us up to date with what was going on. We would certainly use Bennett Heating again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

From first requesting a quote to the boiler being fitted later the same week was a very smooth and professional process. Alan and Brad arrived on time and worked non stop throughout the day. They were extremely efficient, courteous and tidy and explained to my Mum how to operate the boiler once completed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bennetts and will be signing up to one of their care plans too. Thanks for a great service.

Karl and the Team did a fantastic job from 1st contact to completion. They worked tirelessly for two days fitting a new boiler, cylinder, pumps valves, 2 radiators and a shower. I really cannot recommend them highly enough, great communication and 1st class service, will definitely use again.
