If you are new in town and want to protect your license,do not work here. No work and life balance. Recurment team are the department making nurses to quit. They don't give you CNA LICENSE free.

Staff are very friendly Taylor braids my hair makes me feel special.Food has been really good. I love the warm blankets. Very clean facility. Walter is the best therapy. Jamie is a good listener.

I do not recommend Bethany on University especially the memory care unit. They do not have air conditioning and the venting is not even set up to allow it. They mandate that the curtains be closed all day. During covid-19 were in the room with the windows screwed shut and the windows closed with curtains and the room dark and they only had one meal option. They were starving and dehydrated. There are three people at the very top of the management that make all the decisions in that place and they don't listen to anyone. They went through three managers and three social workers during the year-and-a-half that my parents live there.

My husband is in rehabilitation here at Bethany. All the staff are excellent. Jamie Haugen is so caring 💙 I feel so comforting the care my husband is getting here.

From the moment i entered Bethany on University i felt special cared for and very welcomed. The staff are all freindly and courteous. All seem very happy with there jobs and willing to take care of me. I would highly recomnend Bethany on University to anyone needing care.
