Fantastic experience in buying our new Hottub. From Mark who showed us around the showroom and helped with our decision to Jeff who dealt with the purchase. On delivery day Reece & Brooklyn arrived with our new tub and made the processes of the instal totally seamless with there very much nothing is a problem. From making the choice of buying a Hottub to it now being sat in the garden the complete process has been nothing but simple with this fantastic team.

We have recently purchased and took delivery of our new Hot Tub. Better Living Outdoors were exceptional and the installation was faultless. Very happy with our purchase of a Hekla Barrel 210 garden sauna. Mark, in the Tunbridge Wells office, was very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The delivery date was agreed and the installers worked hard and did a good job. Only minor criticism is that the details of the required foundations should be included in the brochure or more easily searchable on the website.

Great service, my new hot tub cover arrived very quickly, perfect fit and so easy to order with Mark. Super happy customer.

Good experience just bought hottub

Excellent customer service. Quality delivery and advice. And while I haven’t turned the hot tub on yet, I’m already getting compliments on the style and quality. It looks great and can’t wait to try it when our garden renovation is complete.

Better life were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Geoff gave excellent help and advice and was always on hand for questions. The delivery team were superb. Craig especially made everything run smoothly and the team had everything up and running with no drama. Highly recommend.

First class service from enquiry to installation of my new hot tub. Explained what I was looking for and approximate size I was after. Geoff sorted the ideal tub for my use. Finance was straight forward and easy to apply for. The 2 lads who came and installed the tub were friendly and professional in there job . After 2 attemps at findind a hottub store I finally arrived at Better Living Outdooors in Tunbridge Wells. I was after some speakers and 2 headrests. Not expecting much luck in my search was pleasantly greeted by Mark in the store. Mark was a great help and confirmed he could aquire both and at a good price. Mark even helped with some water maintenance and I walked away with additional equipment I have lived without in the past bit will make my maintenance alot easier in the future. Mark and the team are a pleasure to deal with especially when it comes to advice about the Hot Tub, having never owned one before they are always on hand to give advice about the operation and chemical procedures. Their tutorial video is excellent.

I ordered a sauna from Better Living Outdoors and I was not disappointed. I first met with Mark in the TW store and he talked me through the different types of saunas heater and how the process worked. My sauna arrived about 8 weeks later. I couldn't recommend them enough.
