Recently, I had the occasion to sell 4 parcels of real estate -2 homes, a condo and a small office building. I used the team of Edwina Withers and Tim Smart who were both amazing. To complicate these transactions further, I live about 3 hours away. They provided great market insight regarding how much should be invested in each of these less than stellar properties in order to maximize our profit in a relative short period of time. They had a deep stable of reasonable contractors that I needed to engaged and their commitment to frequent and efficient communication was well executed. But for their second mile efforts, I would still be trying to sell these properties. Hats off to Edwina and Tim.”

Berkshire has a real gem with Nicole Johnson! I I have used her services twice now when selling a home. Her knowledge, kindness, work ethic, determination, and grit are second to none that I've worked with previously. Both sales had their bumps in the road, but Nicole was ready for anything. Hilda Ellis was our realtor in 2015 while we were in search for our new home. We had a great experience with her until we were informed that she violated our privacy by sharing personal details about our home purchase with parties not included in our buyer/seller agreement contract. That is extremely unprofessional and a breach of our privacy.

Jarren Hurt acted as the realtor for the buyer (me) and the seller. Did not inform me that the seller left lots of trash on and in the property. Let the seller regain entrance to the property to grab items after closing with the arrangement to clean and yet the cleaning never happened. Go somewhere with more integrity.
