Took my son's bike in last week as I was concerned about it's general safety. I could have potentially been upsold all manner of items but only what was genuinely necessary was suggested and was great value. I'm delighted with the work done and will definitely go back in the future.

Fantastic Service, rang up on Friday afternoon to ask when Robert when he could look at my bike for a new gear cable and indexing, I dropped my bike off,
within 1 hour & 40min my bike was done, same day service, couldn't of asked for a better service A1.
I know where I will be bringing my bike again, and very reasonably priced..

absolutely terrible all my gears now touch the front derailleur he also scratched my bike. this guy had no idea. my bike is now unrideable.do not go any where near thease guys. he just robbed me of 15 quid and left me with a bike in worse condition than before. you can not trust any one now. what a sad world we live in. AVOID THIS LOT. got reply and surprise try to blame some one else and forget the fact that you are a totally inept so called mechanic who can not even set up gears. honestly people do not go any where near this place they will just ruin your bike. i have also left a review on trust pilot.

I presume you are the gentleman with the Vitus who came in yesterday to have your gears set up? As you accused another bike workshop of scratching your frame when you left the bike with them, we were happy to work on the bike in your presence the whole time and we clearly did not scratch anything. You test rode the bike after we had completed the work and before we charged you. After test riding you said "the bike was absolutely perfect", before willingly parting with your £15. Fantastic service from these guys. They certainly know what they are doing. Bike repaired and serviced very quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. The Bicycle Repairmen are gents who won't rip you off. Great communication while being repaired and a welcome after repair chat. I would totally recommend this independent bike service and repair. centre.

Great bike repair specialist. I had a broken spoke on an ebike wheel which was repaired the same day. Excellent service at an excellent price. I'd highly recommend for all bike repairs.
