Update: After leaving my review I was blocked from future bidding.
I’m extremely disappointed with Bidding Kings and the quality of their service. I recently won a desk that was advertised as "all parts present but slightly chipped." However, when I arrived home, key parts were missing, making the desk unusable. I also bid on a new cabinet storage unit, and when I unpacked it, I found it was completely broken with pieces haphazardly thrown into the bottom of the box.
To make matters worse, they advertised a Mac desktop but refused to respond to multiple inquiries about whether it was even operable since it was advertised as locked. Customer service used to be much better when the business first opened, but now it’s clear they don’t care about the quality of items they sell or resolving customer issues. I won't be doing business with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service or trustworthy listings.

Don’t bid on items that you can’t lift yourself. When you go for pick up, they do not help you load the car. They expect you to lift it into your car by yourself so if it needs two people good luck. also most of the items are damaged.

Well worth the time to look through if you are looking for any specific items.. you can usually get items for way less, but you must pay attention to details because some items may be missing pieces... I have saved several hundreds of dollars in past couple of years

Picked up my first order today. While waiting for my items an employee came to my vehicle with boxes of tools asking if we were “Nate and Jose”. I told them they had the wrong vehicle. 10 mins later my items came out, we helped the employee load them, and left. An hour and a half later I get a call from a female worker claiming I got someone else’s Milwaukee tool. I explained to her that she was incorrect and told her what I picked up and signed for. 15 minutes later she had the manager, Ramon Hernandez, call me telling me I was a liar and they have cameras that saw me take those items that were not mine. I again explained that I only received what I paid for and told him to pull the cameras and see where his employees took the missing items because I didn’t receive anything that was not mine. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Save your money because the hassle and harassment are not worth the discount you’re getting.

It was like an addiction. Even after the charges added realizing I was paying more then if I just got off line new.
However more and more items were missing things like controllers and other important items that were not listed in the description. Way to many times I paid over the reg cost for a much worse product. No more! The game if beating people out for crap is over. Feel free to take my spot. Here is an email of them actually responding with offer to help and then ghosting me

Every once in a while one can find a good deal, but in general, considering the service charge and the risky condition of the merchandise, it's so-so.

Mostly items are already useless. The description by bidding kings is misleading and once you take the item they have all the training to not o the returns.
They describe the defect part in a very clever way to mislead you and think the defect is negligible or item can be used. Wasted money

I used to love this store, but the prices have skyrocketed. I purchased an item marked down to 8.00 at Sam's club. Same item was here for 10.00.
Sometimes items will go on clearance at Sam’s after the store receives them and paid for them at their full price. We adjust our prices as we discover this when we can without losing money. If a customer asks us to review our price based on seeing it cheaper elsewhere, we usually will happily do so, and adjust if it makes sense and we can.

I purchased a sofa 235$ and I was missing two pillows, the staff didn’t even rapped or put it in a box.. and the sofa got damaged..
We ask our customers to read the condition carefully and look at the item photos to ensure they know what they are bidding on. If we made a mistake, we will vet the listing and take care of the customer if that vetting finds we did make a material error. Our customer service member who vets these concerns does wear many hats, so sometimes it takes a bit of time to get a full answer, but this team member is very fair and honest.

Beware!! Bought a Ninja Dual Brew coffee maker listed as “new unboxed”. Get it home and set it up only to find it is missing pieces that are actually needed to make it function. It wasn’t missing the useless accessories like the scoop, but was missing the whole attachment needed to brew a full pot of coffee and not just a single serving pod. The whole purpose of the coffeemaker is to be able to do both! Took it back and told them it’s missing parts and cannot work without them. They said “Sorry, nothing we can do.”
From their website….”Our team completes a quality check and tests each item listed.” They have a no return policy, but also per the website, Exceptions are made at managers discretion when item is not as described.” Clearly this item was not new, quality checked or even functional. Huge rip off!
We have a process for concerns about listings. The team who delivers these items are not trained nor do they have the time to vet all questions or concerns a customer may have with a purchase. They give the directions verbally and have cards with the correct contact and steps to follow to address these kind of concerns. We have a customer service representative that vets all concerns to validate if the item is listed correctly to determine next steps.

got screwed big time after a bought two electronic items one of the items cost $293 was defective to the defective item back to the store the cashier tells me there is No Refunds store credit only..
We have our policy is posted in as many places and we can. We ask our team to make sure they share the policy as customers check out in case they did not read the policies posted in at least 7 places. Our store works hard to train our team to test as many items as they can. We will happily plug in items before purchase so our customers can confidence in their purchase.

if you want to lose your money this is the store for you if you buy any electronics such as I did last night at 6.55 pm i purchased $980.00 samsung TV the store clerk said I had 15 days to return for a full refund today I was all excited got home set the TV up and what do I say dead pixels multiple dead pixels see pictures below today I tried to return the TV a different store clerk tells me store credit only the store manager tells me store credit only..this is My last day shopping at bidding Kings

They raise the bids so they make more money. That's why they don't show the user that bids.
Hi Alex, this is not correct information. We do show the current bid when you are bidding. If someone has an auto bid in the platform and system we use auto bids for that individual up to their max bid. Auction Mobility, our tech company that backs our website does not offer a way to show every single bid on an item.
