I had the most amazing experience at Bijoux Bridal. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, but I was so unsure and undecided with what I wanted. Rachel and the team really knew their stuff and guided me to a dress I never imagined I'd choose—but absolutely loved. Rachel was brilliant from start to finish, offering advice and support that made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Every time I returned to the shop for try-ons or dress reveals, the staff were just as welcoming and helpful, making me feel completely at ease. At every turn they made the process enjoyable and it is just clear that they love what they do! The vibe in the shop is unmatched. I can’t recommend Bijoux Bridal enough for their expertise, friendliness, and exceptional service. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress!

I cannot thank everyone at Bijoux Bridal enough! From the moment we walked in I felt so welcomed and we were so well taken care of throughout. All the girls were so lovely! I had a not so great experience somewhere else before so I didn’t know what to expect but I was blown away. Jen was an absolute superstar and I felt so at ease with her in the changing room and she really hyped me up. I really felt like a princess, something I didn’t think I would feel. I’d like to say a personal thank you to her <3 It’s been a few days and I am still looking through photos of my dress, can’t wait to pick it up already!

I went to the shop last week to look for a wedding dress. The lady who was helping us seemed uninterested and we felt rushed. The selection we were shown was so limited despite it being advertised as having the widest range of dresses. I did find one dress I liked and the lady said she would add it to my online look book, 4 days later the dress still isn’t added. Left very disappointed 😢

Unfortunately, regardless of how many gowns we have in store, we won’t cover every option. It’s a very difficult thing to get right when brides are looking for a specific style, price point and timescale. There will only be certain made to order gowns available to you when the wedding date is soon. l believe we offered to customise a gown for you, using a rush service, but explained we would need to know asap if you wanted to go ahead, as the wedding date is too tight for our regular delivery schedule. I’m sorry if you felt this was rushing you, instead we are just trying to be transparent and save any stress at the other side.
I have all the details here of the gowns that you tried and liked, so we do have all the information here if you need anything from us.

Everyone went over and above at my appointment on Saturday, I was so excited but also so nervous to try and find THE dress. Mia my stylist was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and I completely relaxed, she helped me find my dream dress, the second dress I tried on! I tried on several dresses but kept on going back to that second dress then said YES. The full experience in the shop was fantastic, we had a bridesmaids appointment before mine and she couldn’t have been more helpful everything was perfect so happy to be a BIJOUX BRIDE 🩵

Find the perfect Bridal shop and you will find your perfect dress - Bijoux did not disappoint from the minute I clicked book appoiment - It was amazing, a phone call before I had even went to my appoiment was definitely a great tough - when I arrived i felt so special and just knew that Rachel was going to help me find my dress.
If your looking for experience, friendly and a moment where you will honestly never forget the first time you tried on the dress then this place is for you.
I will hold on to this memory for ever - all thanks to Rachel for being patience and definitely known her stuff.

I had the most amazing experience at Bijoux Bridal! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Jen, who helped me, truly went above and beyond—she listened carefully to what I wanted, made me feel so comfortable, and boosted my confidence throughout the entire appointment. Even though the sample dress wasn’t in my size, Jen worked her magic to give me the best possible view of how it would look, and it made all the difference!
Every one of the girls I met made me feel beautiful and comfortable in my own skin, and the whole experience was just fabulous. I’m thrilled to say that I found the dress and said YES! Huge thanks to the wonderful team at Bijoux Bridal for making this part of my journey so special. Now, I can’t wait for the next chapter when my dress arrives in-store! 💍

I visited Bijoux today and MK helped me find my perfect dress. I am plus size and was so nervous about trying on dresses, especially as I am in the middle of a weight loss journey, but MK made me feel at ease about everything. I was made to feel just as special as any other bride and I felt so comfortable. My size didn't cross my mind once. Thank you so much for a great experience, you were amazing and I appreciate it so much.

Had a wonderful experience with the lovely Kate for my bridal appointment. As a plus size woman I was worried I'd feel uncomfortable and trying on dresses would knock my confidence but Kate really knew what she was doing. I had a dress in mind that I liked but we tried multiple dresses to make sure the shape and style were exactly right. Couldn't have felt my supported during the appointment. Perfect service!

I really had the most incredible day choosing my dress!! I was so nervous to try on dresses, worrying I wouldn’t feel good in any but Rachel was amazing at making me feel confident and helping to find the one on the 4th dress!!! This was such an emotional day with my mum not being here to come with me but the ladies truly went above and beyond to make my mum part of this special day by naming my beautiful dress after my mum🤍 I am still on cloud 9 after the day and that was all down to the amazing team, couldn’t recommend Bijoux Bridal enough!!

The most amazing experience from the start 🥰 To say I was nervous about my appointment would be an understatement. My past shopping experiences for bridesmaid dresses have always ended in tears due to my extremely low self confidence and the lack of sample sizes available.
As soon as you step into Bijoux you are welcomed by a team who clearly love their jobs and what they do. I had Rachel for my appointment and I cannot praise her enough 🩵 From the start she listened and looked at the dresses I had liked online and started to pull dresses for me to try on. Rachel listened to what I had to say about each dress until we worked out what material, shape and neckline I felt most comfortable in. However, I kept comparing each dress to the second one Rachel pulled for me. I put it back on and new it was my dress.
My whole experience at Bijoux was perfect and I am so glad I chose to go here. If you don't have Bijoux on your list then your missing out.

My Visit to Bijoux Bridal yesterday was delightful. I arrived very anxious as i am quite a petite woman in height so i was nervous that i wouldn't find anything. I had Stylist called Rachel she was so warm and welcoming i clicked with her straightaway. Rachel is like a fairy godmother all the dresses she showed me were beautiful. The last dress i tried on was definitely the one. I shed a few happy tears that i was not expecting but i am so in love with my dress. I cant wait to come back to Bijoux soon. Could not recommend Bijoux Bridal enough. I was so nervous to try on wedding dresses for the fist time but from the moment you walk through the door, you feel so welcome.
My mum and I had such a lovely day and could not stop talking about how lovely and accommodating Rosy was. She made me feel completely at ease right from the start and was so well informed about all of the dresses. She was just amazing from start to finish!
The store is so bright and has a real warm feeling. It feels so luxurious due to all the small touches that are in place.
It was overall such an amazing experience and I know already I will be back for a follow up appointment.

I had the most wonderful experience at Bijoux this week, all thanks to Mhairi-Kirsty! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly patient and took the time to understand my vision and made me feel relaxed and confident when I was so nervous. Her intuitive sense of style and keen eye for the small details made all the difference in helping me choose "The One."
The entire experience was relaxed and fun, making what can be a stressful experience supportive and exciting, but above all, her energy was infectious. MK made the whole experience so special to not only myself but the whole bridal party. I truly felt like I was in the best hands. I can't thank her enough for helping me find the perfect dress and for making the day so memorable.

Absolutely hands down the best experience. The team are lovely, made me feel relaxed the minute I walked in the door. Amazing range of simply stunning dresses and the stylist was the friendliest most helpful lady. I said yes to the dress right there and then!
